  I asked for a soft serve literally ice cream add Oreo and Carmel it didn’t have to be mixed they didn’t understand I wanted two I got one and They gave me a blast. I asked for buffalo and ranch for my chicken and they only gave me ranch. I only ordered two things and they couldn’t get it right

  The absolute worst sonic you could possibly imagine. Management is beyond incompetent staff is rude and disrespectful. Avoid at all costs. Wait times are painfully slow and food quality is way below average. Don’t understand how a place can be ran as bad this

  The manager is completely unprofessional. The place is very unsanitary, and she does not treat her employees well at all. On multiple occasions, I have found actual bugs in my food, which is completely unacceptable. The place does not seem to be properly taken care of, and based on my experiences there, the manager does not seem to care about the condition of the store or the quality of the food being served. She also has family members working for her who receive special treatment compared to other employees, so you can only imagine the kind of work environment that creates. Overall, this location needs serious improvement when it comes to cleanliness, management, and how employees are treated.

  ordered a couple drinks, they put the order in wrong and charged us more than what we actually ordered. We were ignored when we tried pointing it out. Tried bringing it up when drinks were brought to us, but we were completely ignored again... and the drinks didn't even have the modifications they added and charged us for. And the drinks tasted terrible, their machine was obviously broken, probably out of sweetener or sonething. 0/10 never going here again
