  I ordered a hamburger meal. My hamburger was plane i never asked for a plane burger. I've been calling sonic so they can take my name down and remake my sandwich at a later time. No answer, I've called over 10 times now I'm on my way back up there and I want my money back, bad business, and I'm an independent author Even call from another number a couple of times no answer so I'm going up there. I want my money back.

  Showed up an hour before close and they told me to go through the drive thru, then ignored me. Someone even made direct eye contact with me as they were walking to and from the dumpster and I still couldn't place an order. Management should address this.

  Not the first time we didn't get our full order. The one that takes order gets the order wrong every single time. Keep getting tater tots and not fries after saying fries. Told the girl order was wrong and the manager void the whole transaction and had to replace the whole order again. Just to not get the whole order once again.. you could barely hear the girl over speaker and at the window. Very disappointed. Also the girl had long nails on that was dealing with the food And orders. The last time I knew according to Serv safe. employees regarding the position you can not wear nail in a fast food or food industry due to cross contamination, the person losing the nail in the food, bacteria that grows under the nails and so on.
