  My husband just got pizza and dots at the Lexington road location. There was a heavy set woman working. It must be her time of the month. He said she was beyond rude, and would NOT go there again with her working. People like this have no business being in customer service!!!!

  I had to wait 15 minutes in line to receive my order. I returned home to see that I was missing part of my order, I drove back to the store to receive the rest of my order. I waited an additional 20 minutes along with a line of other frustrated, disappointed customers. Even when I received the rest of my order there was no apology or consideration of my wasted time. The service was abominable at best. Paying customers were actively ignored and treated with such a lack of respect or decency I was shocked. Multiple customers just decided to walk out after seeing employees wipe their hands on their dirty apron and then continue to make orders without gloves. I’ve ordered from here a dozen times and have never experienced this. Not sure if this is the new normal for this location, but I won’t be ordering from here again.

  Store has a unique atmosphere. Just pay it a visit and you'll see, lol 😆 😂 🤣. Think of Gas station parking lot parties 🤣🤣.

  Today was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. I ordered online at 8:46 p.m. I then got the notification that the order was ready at 9:06 p.m. I get to the store which was full of people waiting on their orders to be told it wasn't ready. I waited another 40 mins and was asked what my order was to then be told they were out of the items and if I would take a substitution which I thought would be the many pizzas that were sitting on the shelf. I was then told that it would be made which I wasn't going to wait any longer for them to make it from scratch. I was too mad to ask for a refund there and didnt feel like waiting in line with the other disgruntled customers. I reached out to Pizza Huts customer service and created an incident ticket to get my money back.
