  ​I accidentally messed up the pickup time on my order, but the manager handled it amazingly well! They were so kind, flexible, and quick to help, which completely turned my day around and allowed me to finish my shopping stress-free. Fantastic customer service and delicious pizza as always. Highly recommend this location!

  Very disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered boneless wings, and the sauce was barely put on them, making them dry and unappetizing. What concerned me even more was watching the employees preparing the food without gloves, and I didn’t see any employees wearing hair nets either. Seeing food handled this way made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I expected much better from Papa John’s. I won’t be returning unless these issues are addressed.

  Well I have ordered here for along time going back to when I first moved out and was living in my own place back when it was still called Tivoli. I live down the street in a duplex and have for since 2012 and tonight I have reached my breaking point with Papa John’s. I have been having issues for a while since they started using DoorDash for deliveries. Tonight I ordered a pizza to be delivered cause I got off work late and placed the order around 11:30-11:40 range only to get a call around 11:50-11:55 range saying they were cancelling my order. I have had this happen before but in the past I would come down there to pick it up and the delivery fee would be refunded. This time however Jared tells me I can’t come get it even though literally I’m right down the street from them. He informs me that all he can do is refund my money and not make my food cause they are about to close. I told him I have come down there before to get my food in this scenario but he didn’t care cause he was closing and I should have done pickup. I think I am done with Papa John cause between them cancelling my order because it gets placed at 11:30 and them giving it to DoorDash who just leaves on the ground or hood of my car not to mention one time the Dasher stole my food and Papa John’s had to remake it and send it out with their driver for free.

  Granddaughter recommended so we went. It's best to order ahead. No real menu to look at. So we ordered and brought it back to my house. Only a couple of tables outside to set at in the sun.
