  Absolutely horrible! I’ve never experienced such poor customer service and lack of professionalism in my life! I’m definitely reporting this location to corporate. I understand working in the fast food industry can be extremely challenging, especially on busy nights. I always extend grace and compassion. Athens was busy tonight due to graduation and sporting events, so I expected to wait in the drive-thru for an extended period of time. However, the owner needs to review the drive-thru camera from 11:20pm until close. There were only 5 cars in the drive-thru ahead of me. When I approached the mic to order, I began placing my order when the young lady said “please hold”. My wife and I patiently waited as 10 minutes went by and then 15 minutes. My wife exited the vehicle and attempted to go inside to place our order but the doors were locked. I waited in the drive-thru hoping the employee would return and finish taking my order. The employee finally returns after almost 30 minutes and says “Yeah” as if I’m inconveniencing her. I said “what do you mean “Yeah!” ? She responds “well we’re about to close, so we only have a few McChicken’s”. Completely unacceptable. McDonald’s should have a few issues with this. For one, they lost a lot of revenue in the last 30 minutes of the night because employees were directed by management to leave cars in the drive-thru and lock the doors so no one could come in and place orders. Several cars left the drive-thru line and I’m sure the employees saw this because they have cameras and a timer that shows the length of time people are waiting to improve efficiency. This location’s GM/owner may not even care, and maybe this is how this location operates. Clearly this isn’t a one off situation. I know for a fact Corporate doesn’t play this nonsense. Shake Shack is around the corner and although it’s a little more expensive, they have great customer service and I don’t mind paying more when I feel valued! Needless to say, that’s where we ended up eating and it was worth the wait!

  Do not go to this McDonald’s or order for door dash, I ordered an ice coffee with my breakfast and they give me a large coke these people do not care about your order and I’m sick of them messing up mines every time, I hate McDonald’s with a passion I will never give them the benefit of the doubt again, you all suck at your jobs and should be fired period I hope corporate sees this

  I know I’m about to butcher the spelling but Trinidy was very helpful with a lot of respect. Smile on her face and all. Food was correct and fresh. Very clean inside as well . She deserves this compliment and more!
