  Ok I ordered Uber Eats tonight not door dash and let me tell you , service is so much better the food was so good I did not have to reheat it. Whoever Is in charge of night shift, keep up the marvelous work. Good job McDonald’s

  Every time I go to this specific location my order is wrong or they say they're closed when they take the orders before and after me. Closes hours earlier than they're supposed to

  I have lived in Athens for almost 5 years. Something i would go to the McDonald’s on Epps and broad st and they always had horrible service or I would be missing my food. I recently moved near this McDonalds. Their customer service and the food is better at this location. I had an issue with mobile ordering today and the manager Matt was nice enough to explain and answer my questions. Anytime I stop there before work in the morning the crew always greet me and are really kind. I will never stop at different McDonalds in Athens other than this location.

  Actual criminals. An employee followed me into the restroom after I got my food. He just stared at me and kept asking inane (stupid) questions. He did not use the restroom or wash his hands, just stalked me. He should be fired. The managed then pretended my clearly out of time (probably over 4 hours old) food was normal. These sandwiches cost over $5 without fries or a drink. She was clearly messing with me; now I can't trust this establishment and will stop spending too much money on their garbage. She should be fired too. There are plently of good, honest workers who need jobs. It's sad what Athens and McDonald's promote instead. People are tired of the bs.

  They have a new manager I do not know the lady name, but I can tell she is trying to turn the place around. I will come back and do another review but the last couple of times I have came for she has been here has been excellent!
