  For this to be the new Mcdonalds and them to have spent all this money on making it nice....if you come here anytime in the evening plan in waiting atkeast 30-45 min and the staff for the 3rd time now has been rude as hell!!!

  I’ve been to this location, SEVERAL times. The Customer Service is absolutely HORRIBLE, overall: no friendly faces, no sense of urgency within service, NOTHING. On top of THAT, they have the audacity to get your order(s) wrong! I live 5 mins away, and will NEVER be returning again, smh. They need an entire reconstruction of their staff, ASAP.

  The service at this McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. I stood at the counter while the employees were on their phones. I placed my order at the kiosk, and one of them finally got up to prepare it. It took a very long time for just two items. Once she gave me my order, she immediately went back to sitting down and using her phone. I asked if she could please give me some Buffalo sauce, and she actually seemed annoyed that I interrupted her phone time. She handed it to me with a bad attitude. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior. Definitely not the kind of service customers should receive

  They will forget your sauce for a breakfast burrito every single time. Without fail. I’ve never not had to ask for my sauce despite it being on the recipe. Why is this so hard for them?

  DO NOT EAT AT THIS MCDONALDS!!!! They charge more for the same menu items than any other McDonalds in Athens!! $.20 more per item in my order than any other McDonalds in town !!! Employees can not explain the higher prices!!! There is another McDonalds 2 miles away that does not charge a $.20 premium on every item!! Eat at that McDonalds instead!!!!
