    Politeness is last on their minds as well as cleanliness. The ladies behind the counter swore multiple times in front of my kids so that's great to hear. Sandwiches were alright but the drink machine was flat and no ice in the entire building!

    Used online app. Arrived at store to find no bread and no chicken. Waited over an hour for food. Staff was non- responsive! Couldn’t get a straight answer as to when my order would be ready. Worst experience ever at Jimmy John’s. NOT FREAKY FAST!! Poorly operated restaurant!

    The SLOWEST Jimmy I’ve ever been to. This is literally the opposite of freaky fast. Myself and other parties waited well over 20 mins for our sandwiches.
