    I was super excited to hear Athens was finally getting a Dutch Bros. (even if it isn’t on my side of town). I went this afternoon and both the greeter and barista were super nice and friendly. The line went surprisingly fast, as there were about 8 cars ahead of me. I honestly was expecting a long wait like at another local coffee place. My coffee was great, I love that Dutch Bros. doesn’t make overly sweet coffee and you can actually taste the coffee! I also got a slice of their coffee cake, it was worth the added calories; the cake was almost as good as mine. I will definitely be going back and hope maybe in the future an East Athens location will open!

    I was excited to see a Dutch Bros open here since I loved them in Texas, but the drinks and service at this location have been disappointing.I’ve tried both the Cocomo and the Annihilator, and both just tasted like milk with almost no coffee or syrup flavor. It feels like the staff might still be learning how to mix the recipes properly. I know their culture is all about high energy and friendly service, which is fine, but the staff is taking it too far. Employees are playing and goofing off while customers are trying to order. The last time I went, the line was down the street, yet a worker was chatting and dancing with one car for five minutes instead of keeping things moving. Today, the employee taking my order kept stopping mid-sentence to talk to her coworkers. I hope management can coach the team on balancing their signature friendly vibe with basic efficiency and drink quality.

    Ordered a sugar free vanilla protein latte and it was pretty good! The worker at the window was also super sweet and personable.

    They drinks are pretty good and the staff is very helpful with suggesting drinks. The staff is very people friendly as well.

    Great first experience at this new Dutch Bros location! The coffee was really good, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The drive-thru is great and seems very well laid out, and I really like the location. There’s plenty of space, so it feels open and easy to get in and out of. Definitely a great addition to the area!
