I placed a mobile order that was already about 40 MINUTES late, only to find out that one of the bowls I paid for was completely missing. After bringing it to their attention, they supposedly “made” my missing bowl and gave it to me. I then drove 10–15 minutes back home, sat down to finally eat after an already long Friday, and realized they had made my order WRONG AGAIN. I ordered CHICKEN and was given STEAK and a completely different bowl. So now I had to get back up, drive another 10–15 minutes all the way back to the restaurant, and ask them to remake an order that should have been correct the first time. Instead of even a simple apology for the inconvenience, the employees had an awful attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing THEM by asking for the food I actually ordered and paid for. Then I had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for them to remake it. So after a mobile order being 40 minutes late, an entire bowl being forgotten, the replacement bowl being completely wrong, two extra drives back and forth, and another 15-minute wait, I didn’t receive so much as a “sorry.” Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that, but this went way beyond one simple mistake. The lack of care, customer service, and basic acknowledgment of how much of my time was wasted was ridiculous. This was genuinely some of the worst service I’ve received, especially after an already exhausting Friday. I will absolutely think twice before ordering from this location again.
