  Called twice (3:30 minutes each) And NOBODY picked up the phone. Waste of a phone bill. I Was calling to see what they were out of because every time I order, they are out of something. Opens at 10:30am, out of everything by 10:31am. Place is unbelievable

  I just ate here for the first time and had the best customer service experience! In particular a girl named Savannah was incredibly kind and patient with me as I'd never been so I didn't know what to get. She showed me all the different menu options and was awesome to talk to while I ordered my food! I would totally go again just for the customer service and the people working there!

  I recently tried Cava for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I've been hooked ever since! I order 2-3 times a week and EVERY TIME Savannah makes sure I am taken care of. My last in person visit, both Savannah and Jay (or Jade, sorry) communicated with my order progress and when a very small problem came up, Savannah went over and beyond. I always feel welcome coming in and the food is always fresh!

  MY GOAT SAVANNAH, saved my hunger and thirst like no other place in town, BEST believe come down to CAVA in Athens and she will make sure you won’t leave hunger or thristy.

  My experience here was phenomenal. The staff that assisted us all had positive attitudes. Overall the food is great!! I Happened to talk to one of the employees. Very positive, and respectful. Thank you Fran! The food was great and I hope you see this. Will be telling everyone and they momma ab this place! (:
