  I usually ask for extra pita strips with my bowl since I do not get many free toppings with my bowl (I only get cucumber and lettuce). Guy told me they can only do 2 scoops max per free topping. Since when has this been a thing? I’ve never had any employee tell me this and I’ve been a long time customer. The 2 scoops he gave me were not even full scoops considering the container was basically out of pita strips therefore each scoop was basically a half scoop. The portions have seriously decreased over the past few months and so has the quality of food.

  Honestly this place smacks. Atleast what I got was delicious. The braised beef, saffron rice, greens(kale, brussles, and other crunchy greens), tomatoe/cucumber, garlic sauce, tzatziki and roasted veggies with the BBQ pita chips and their spicy tomatoe hummus(idr the name) sauce they have, on the side. I mixed the blueberry lavender and strawberry ginger juices together and that was super refreshing. There are plenty of protein and vegan options on the menu. Bowls, wraps or salads. Build your own of it all. The staff working the counter were super positive and helpful. Knowledgeable and informative about the options and ingredients. I was offered a sample of the protein before I made my decision and it was all done with a smile. Kudos to the staff. Now the restaurant was modern. It was a bit messy but probably because the line had one person ahead of me then it was a full line wrapped to the other corner of the store. It must stay busy and limit the staffs availability for lobby clean up. I note it looked wiped down but not clean. It wasnt too loud or noisy while I ate even with the place being pretty full. The parking lot is a U shape around the building and its labeled as a one way and parking is aligned for vehicles to enter at the first driveway. Didnt use the restrooms so nothing to add on that but from what I saw it was very handicap accessible as a location. Plenty of parking but tighter spaces. Again the place had great food and awesome service and thats what we really go for, so give it a shot if your looking for somewhere to eat.

  This is by far THE BEST Cava I've been to! Savannah was an absolute gem and went above and beyond to help my partner and I get exactly what we wanted. She was super friendly and made the transaction feel more like a conversation with a friend than an obligation. The food was delicious and she was so generous informing us about different items and providing samples. If you've had questionable experiences at Cavas before (the Snellville location really isn't it in terms of employee demeanor and atmosphere), come to this one! You won't regret it and we'll definitely be back! :)

  This was my first time going to this cava and compared to the Snellville location this place is phenomenal! Savannah was extremely understanding and friendly towards me and my partner despite us not being entirely sure of what we wanted. I definitely recommend this place the service was amazing and Savannah was incredible!!

  You are definitely Gonna want to review the tape on this one came in the car usually order To Take a walk in my community and order And enjoy some CAVA. The first young lady with the pink hair was very nice. She even walked the previous guest before me through their order of being it was their first time she was extra patient, and then when it came down to me, she gave me the proper attention quickly made my bow no issues but when they went over to Slim Jimmy He just had pissed off Demeanor And made me think to myself like he must’ve played me in basketball and loss cause that’s the only time I have bad luck with people but anyway When I approach Slim Jimmy to finish prepping my bowl, he quickly turned around to start to make the pita chips. I didn’t say anything even though I thought it was pretty rude and I wasn’t a bit of a rush cause I was pretty hungry. I allowed him to proceed to put the seasoning on the pita bread shortly after Rod wave walks up. He takes his time put on his gloves. I can appreciate that, but when I mention can I add avocado, he took a long, deep sigh. It was almost as if I was forcing him to eat healthy.Lol That was just a joke, but he did breathe heavy he cut the avocado in half and washed it right in the bowl. I asked him I said you might cutting that avocado into force he said and it’s very shrieking high preteen voice bro damn directly after he said that I excellent Jimmy, could he please finish my order he did he he had a bit of attitude as well I could tell they wanted to say something, but I do appreciate Slim Jimmy’s professionalism as for Rod wave he could definitely use some additional coaching
