I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location today around 7:55 PM (05/19).
The black woman with a head covering at the drive-thru gave me a very negative, disgusted look when handing over my order. When I said “thank you, have a good one,” there was no response at all, just the same expression. It felt disrespectful, uncomfortable and honestly caught me off guard.
I’ve been to CAVA many times and the staff is usually friendly and welcoming.
I hope management looks into this.

This is hands down THE BEST CAVA LOCATION in the state of Georgia!! I drive an hour one way to come to this location and it is worth every minute of my time. The service exceeds expectation, the employees are so friendly and inviting and the food is always fresh and delicious! Love it here!

Me and my buddy walked in 30 minutes from close and were absolutely thrilled with the service and our experience. We understood going in that options would be limited, but Alyssa took fantastic care of us and gave us great alternative options to the things they had run out of. Alyssa was full of life and I enjoyed my experience in Cava. Also, the food was fantastic.

Had an absolutely incredible experience at this Cava! We showed up late and even though they had run out of a few things, Alyssa was extremely helpful and made delicious recommendations along with neighborly service that all businesses should strive for. Thank you Alyssa! Thank you Cava!

Cava’s food is TRULY incredible, but that is it (at least at this location?). With Chipotle’s customer service, professionalism, and speed right next door, you would think they could pick the pace, but every time I go, it’s slow motion service- making strange decisions (like cleaning up back/avoiding working with customers/etc when people are waiting for their orders to be taken?). Nothing is clean- inside or outside (so many weeds- it looks closed half the time). I think whoever owns it just started it and then said, “good luck!” to the employees because there is clearly no standard of service / cleanliness / upkeep. Also, this review is not just from tonight- I have been many times, and will again because I like the food— I just want to see them put a little effort into the care of the restaurant and the overall experience because I always leave disappointed with that.
