Our food was delicious but the best part of our lunch was being fortunate enough to have Polly as our server. She was very attentive and professional while being personable and friendly. Carrabba's has an asset in Polly!

The food was good, not astounding or delicious, just good. The calamari just tasted like oil and black pepper, simply a vehicle for the marinara. The most disappointing thing though was the tiramisu. Its the most expensive tiramisu ive ever gotten, and by far the most disappointing. It is true tiramisu and not a cake, as it uses lady fingers. But that's where the praise ends. It tastes as if the coffee used was so severely watered down as to hardly add any flavor at all. We got it to go, and it was dumped ungracefully into the container, and cocoa powder dumped in the opposite end of the long tray. None of the cocoa ended up on top of the dessert. The top was just pure mascarpone, which is far too fatty to have straight like that, rather than made into a custard. They put chocolate curls instead of cocoa powder, which was awful. For $12, you'd think it'd be better than Olive Garden's tiramisu, but it disgracefully falls short.

It's been years since I've eaten at Carrabba's. Atmosphere was really nice and the food was amazing. I decided to get the ribeye steak and I'm very glad I did. It was probably one of the best steaks I've had in a very long time which says a lot as I'm very particular about my steak and I eat steak at least 5-6 times a month. The steakhouse restaurants in the area could definitely stand to take some notes. Carrabba's was very busy it being a Friday evening. All four of us were seated fairly quick, ordered and was served much faster than expected. My experience makes me wish I hadn't waited so long to order what I ordered.

Please stay away from this restaurant. We just had to ask for our food to go after it was brought out to us, and we left soon after. No discount was offered or apology given. I have never walked out of a restaurant before, but there's a first time for everything. Carrabba's was maybe two thirds full, but we were sat at a high-top table that was, and I'm not exaggerating here, two inches away from the high top table next to it. Five minutes after we sat down, a large, very loud family sat down next to us. They had gift bags and were clearly having some kind of party. A child sat mere inches from me and then proceeded to get out his phone and play a game on full volume. It was the kind of thing we've experienced on a Carnival Cruise, where there's not much space for anyone to eat and there are many large families celebrating something. But this is not a Carnival Cruise - it's a nice restaurant that charges $30 per entree. I don't begrudge the family next to us for having a good time, but the fact that we were sat right by them, practically at the same table, in a restaurant with multiple more private locations available, is absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't even hold a conversation with my partner because it was so loud, and we were, again, mere inches from this other table. The worst thing of all is that no discount was offered, only a weak, very insincere apology, making it clear that WE were the ones who were causing trouble, as opposed to something that the restaurant took responsibility for. We were extremely polite the entire time, but this didn't matter - we were still viewed as a nuisance. If you visit Carrabba's expecting a quiet date night out, please, for your own sanity, reconsider.
