  I got here at 10 and they say they don’t close till 12am online so we finished our food at 1045 and went to order dessert after dinner and they said they couldn’t make it due to there hours changing to closing at 11 but it’s not posted online. Very disappointed

  We were seated at 9pm and not one person came to take our drink orders or even acknowledge we existed. me and my family got up and left after 30 minutes of not a single person waiting on us despite there being a server serving the tables next to us. there were only a few other tables of people so it was far from busy. there was not a single excuse for this poor excuse for customer service. i won’t be back unless they get this figured out. the past 2 times i’ve eaten here the service has been horrid so this isn’t a one time mistake. after we left we booked it to chilis and were instantly served and asked about our drink order. chilis was significantly more busy as well. in conclusion either hire more serves, train the ones you already have, or close if you aren’t going to serve someone. also just go to chilis the food is basically the same and you will actually get service.

  I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I spent almost $50 on food, only for it to be cold and poorly prepared. I placed an online order with a scheduled pickup time of 5:20 PM, but when my husband arrived, he still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the extra wait didn’t help the quality. The fries were cold, hard, and tasted overcooked. We also paid extra for sauces that were missing from the order. The sandwich was the most disappointing part—it was completely soaked in cheese sauce with barely any meat on it, making it inedible. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially for the price. I expected much better quality and attention to detail.

  Terrible service, disgusting and unsanitary… bathrooms were gross, kitchen had stuff all over the floor when we walked by (wrappers and crumbs). Staff is there to hangout with each other and goof off but they don’t check in on people. Had to get our own napkins and clear our empty plates to make room for more appetizers…. We waited a very long time for them to bring the check - half the group left because we didn’t all want to wait.

  I was so ready for a B-dubs to come to Athens, but I'm super disappointed with how this location is run. I tried it when they first opened, and it was a long wait, food took forever, service was terrible, but it was new so we waited a couple months before returning to try again. Next visit had no wait for seating, but food still took forever and service was so-so. Still working out the kinks? Maybe. We tried again on Saturday. Holy sheet. So bad. The dining room was half-empty, but we were told 20 minute wait. Wait actually was 43 minutes. After being seated, it was 5 minutes before the server came over. We put in food and drink orders. Drinks came 25 minutes later and food arrived after 65 minutes! The whole time I'm questioning my life decisions: Why am I here? Where did I go wrong in life to waste over 2 hours at a chain wing restaurant to get wings and fries?? Never again, man. Never again.
