I went to this location this morning at 9:30. I ordered two steak egg and cheese biscuits at four sausage egg biscuits that are supposed to be two for six when I got to the window. I didn't catch it right away but they charged me 31.04. once I received my food and went over to Kroger to get something to drink, I found that one of my steak, egg and cheese biscuits did not have egg and then caught the price difference. They charged me full price for every single biscuit when the sausage egg is on a promotion for two for six. My real total was supposed to be 2611 shake my head don't go here

Randy made it a unique and enjoyable experience. We really appreciated his southern hospitality after a long day in the heat. My family and I did not expect a five star restaurant service at a bojangles. Randy deserves a raise trust me. It was so good we tried to tip him, but he would not take it. He made sure that we felt like we were dying at home and make sure we had everything we needed.

Avoid this joint until they have a new manager. Drive thru took 30 minutes -- on a low-traffic Sunday morning. Person at the window needed me to confirm my order three times -- when it should be available for them to confirm on a screen. Avoid.

1 star. I have never in my life encountered fried chicken this old and dried out. What I received wasn't food, it was jerky with breading. The meat was shriveled, gray at the edges, and so dry it practically crumbled instead of chewed. The batter had gone stale and separated from the meat in places, which only happens when chicken sits under a heat lamp for hours, not minutes. This wasn't "a bad batch." This was chicken that had clearly been held well past any reasonable service window. Let's be honest about why this happens: it's not the fault of the person handing me the bag. It's what happens when a store is chronically understaffed and underpaid workers are stretched too thin to keep up with holding times, while management either doesn't train on food safety windows or doesn't care enough to enforce them. Someone in charge of that kitchen let chicken sit out far longer than it should have, and then let it go out the window anyway. That's not an accident, that's a system failing top to bottom. At a certain point, serving chicken that's been sitting for that many hours isn't just bad food, it's a health code concern. I'd genuinely encourage local health inspectors to take a closer look at how long product is held at this location before it's served. If this is standard practice here, this store shouldn't just get a bad review, it should be shut down until management figures out how to actually run a kitchen. Do better. Pay your staff enough to care, train them properly, and stop serving people food that should've been thrown out hours ago.

I had a very disappointing experience ordering pickup from this restaurant. I placed my order online and paid in advance, only to arrive and find several employees outside smoking. When I walked in, the staff was deep cleaning the kitchen, and no one was preparing food. I was then told they couldn't make my order because they were out of gloves. What made the situation even more frustrating was that they couldn't issue me a refund in the restaurant. Instead, I was told I had to go through the online system and wait for the refund to be processed. If the restaurant knew they couldn't fulfill online orders, they should have stopped accepting them or notified customers before they arrived. Wasting customers' time and holding their money while providing no food or immediate resolution is unacceptable. I hope they improve their communication and customer service so others don't have the same experience.
