  This place has no reason to be open. I don't know who is running this place but they seem to not care about who they hire and how they are trained. Every single time I come back. Hoping they would have changed their service but without fail it is the same story over and over again.

  If I could I would give the location on Hwy 29 a negative star. My order was denied this evening. I placed my order and all of a sudden the young lady said she was just told that all of their tenders are frozen. I asked how long it would take to cook some and the manager said they said they did not know how long it would take. So I cancelled my order and left. Then went back and asked if I could order some and wait for them to cook. The manager told the girl that all of the tenders were frozen and they weren't cooking anymore tonight granted this was at 6:30 when I went there. I believe they told the person in front of me the same thing because they drove off. What the crap kind of food establishment is this if they refuse to cook food for their customers. This location needs to be shut down ASAP because the people there don't want to work and do their job.

  Not usually one to leave a review, but genuinely one of the worst fast food experiences i’ve had. Every time I come to this location, there is a problem with the employees. They cannot keep track of their orders, totals, and often cut your order short with no questions asked. I love Bojangles, but you’re better off driving across town if it’s really what you want.

  employees dont want to be there and it shows, always a super long wait even if empty, and never organized.
