Whoever the black lady is on morning shift has a ugly attitude, she should definitely fill out her resume because she ain’t gonna last too long at this location

It wouldn't let me do nothing without at least giving them 1 star but trust me when I say ZERO STARS HIGHLY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!! Not anymore at least. The "manager" as she refers to herself, the thicker white chick with long hair... Is the absolute WORSE description of a "manager" EVERY time Ive either been in there or walking by, she is, without failure, SOMEWHERE either outside or inside and her phone is glued to her face and she is sitting on her rear not doing anything. BEYOND poor customer service, has a serious case of RBF and the only time I have seen her actually doing her job is if she is at the window...but guess what?! She is STILL sitting!!

She was not nice, considerate, or approachable! They make u feel Like u are some how the problem for entering the store yet I was the one shelling out the money. And the 1st thing I see walking in is a Bojangles sign with the word beer underneath. I actually ask the young lady serving.."This is Boganles,right. She laughed and said yes. "Can I get a beer"? We dont serve beer til 11:30a. We'll, I gave it a shot.🤣 Had to wait close to 15 mins for my 5 biscuits,but atleast they were fresh.
