  the lady at the front was super sweet and really cool! the musubis were delicious, i like the sauce she put on it; the chili sauce for the tempura was also fantastic.

  The Onagiri is fabulous. I lived in Japan for 5 years and there are a few dishes I really miss. Onagiri is a pain to make (literally). I was grateful to have them make it so well. I think they could be a bit smaller and either cheaper or offered 4 instead of 3. They have a tendency to fall apart to easily and it isn't due to the rice which is perfect. Hand packed tighter could help but I understand the reason that is difficult (Ouch!) The counter person was very unknowlegable about the food and not very helpful as far as questions. I don't think she was being rude, she was probably tired or ready to go home and we were there near closing time. However, I worked in restaurants for years and customers arrive before closing times posted. It isn't rude or thoughtless of them to order food 20 minutes before closing time. Especially if they leave before the restaurant closes.

  This place is so good! Me and my friend come here after school often and we are always greeted with the warmest smile and hello, and the wonderful lady at the front is very caring to us/other people always. I hope this place is always here :)

  I visit here pretty often with my friend, because its close to my school, and the food is always really good. Chef V is really welcoming and nice and always says hello when she is in-store. I will be coming back definitely.
