  Everyone working here is very attentive and friendly. Great people. Food came very quickly and the dining room was clean.

  My son picked up an online order through the drive through. He checked the order when it was picked up. The 2 half pound roast beef sandwiches were supposed to be Beef and cheddar. After opening the box at home, the sandwiches were just roast beef, not beef and cheddar. Very disappointing. Also, the buns were not the onion topped ones. An orange crème milkshake was order and showed it available online, but were out when picking up the order. He got a chocolate milkshake that looked more like vanilla than chocolate. Also, were charged for regular roast beef, not beef and cheddar. Very very disappointing. DO BETTER!!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Arby’s last night, and I had an amazing experience! Morgan provided some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. She was friendly, professional, incredibly helpful, knew the menu well, and made excellent recommendations. I ordered the Arby’s Box with the Ham & Cheese Melt, and it was absolutely delicious—one of the best meals I’ve had! Everything was fresh, hot, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Morgan, for making my visit so enjoyable. Employees like you are the reason customers keep coming back. I will definitely be back!

  The food is decent but the service at the window always falls short and whenever I get a lemonade its horrible. Consistency would be nice but whatever!
