  Rude employees and rude traffic control. I went with my mom one day simply just wanting coffee and I got into the line and they sent me into the other lane, once we were reaching the actual people to order from he told us to go back from where we were just at. I got upset and told him we just came from there, all he said was they had been in line longer than us but that isn’t true… they were behind us regardless the whole time. I told him again we had already came from there to which he replied, “do you make the decisions or me?” This was extremely rude and unprofessional coming from a place that just opened, I said “Never mind.” and he said “You don’t want coffee? Okay bye.” With a huge attitude. Do better 7 brew. People come here to drink coffee not receive attitude.

  Absolutely worst drive through experience ever, I don’t mind the lines but when one lane takes 25 min to go through and the other takes 5 min something is wrong, I watched 16 cars go through the other lane before my order was even taken, and the other cars arrived after me. The drinks are good but there not worth the wait

  So glad 7brew is finally in Athens! I love how customizable the drinks are! I like the sugar free options and being able to get half sweet. The employees are sweet as pie and helpful. The line went super fast and I’ll definitely be coming every day.

  If you like sugary drinks then you'd probably like this place. If you actually like the coffee flavor then this isn't for you. I usually get lattes but I like to still taste the coffee. The latte had very little coffee to it and tasted watery as well. The way they handle the line is strange as well. They got me, the car in front of me, and the car behind me our drinks but the car at the front took another 5 minutes and then the car behind them another 2-3. So the 3 of us were waiting for almost 10 minutes. I get they want to get us our drinks, but the order was just weird (the would go to cars in random orders).

  If you have food allergies DO NOT come here, the cross contamination is atrocious. Today was my first time at a 7 Brew and I’m extremely disappointed. I am not usually one to leave bad reviews, but this one is deserving. First off, there’s no menu to look at, the menu is all the way by where you are given your drinks. I got bahama mama 7 fizz soda. Underwhelming, but that’s not my main issue. My soda tastes like coffee and caramel syrup, I don’t know if they mix everything with the same spoon or what, but they need to fix this asap.
