When i got to the windows, the female employee open the drive thru window and had a white North Face hoodie on that was so dirty and nasty looking. It took me by surprise that management would let her serve customers food. It was so filthy looking and noticeably very dirty. I immediately looked at her hands and they were dirty as well. I almost drove off but her fingers never touch the rim of my Blizzard. Please have your employees look more presentable while serving food. The only good thing about my experience was that she had a great attitude and the Blizzard was delicious.
