  I’ve ordered from other Wingstop locations before and they usually include at least one ranch. At this location, I was told I had to pay $1.84 + tax for it, which was already surprising, but then I was also told I couldn’t even get a water cup unless I paid for that too. Not a bottled water — just the cup itself. On top of that, my order of 15 wings took around 20 minutes even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. I normally enjoy Wingstop, but this location just didn’t provide the same experience or customer service I’m used to. I hate leaving low ratings, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing.

  I rated the store 3 stars because if the misrepresentation of their ad for the $10, $20, and $30 wing deal. I ordered the 10pc $10 wings via the app. (In which I called to verify the deal was still available, I was told yes it was...) However, there wasn't a $10 deal because I was forced to purchase a sauce for an additional $1.69. Which i didn't need because I had my own selection of dipping sauce at home. So, just keep in mind the deal they're offering MUST include you purchasing that $1.69 dipping sauce. This may suite certain individuals, but for someone that DONT want or NEED this sauce is stuck paying $11.69 for their 10pc deal (supposedly for ONLY $10...NOT TRUE). But my experience with staff and the cleanliness of the facility was definitely on point guy's!!! Hope this helps other when purchasing this new monthly deal!...

  Andrew was so patient and nice with was when ordering. He also recommended a lot of new flavors and stuff to try. Would definitely come again!

  I have to give a HUGE 5-star shoutout to Jabari Dangerfield at the Jones Bridge Road Wingstop location! We had a last-minute issue come up with our company luncheon pre-order, and to make things even more challenging, he was the only one working due to being short staffed. Despite that, he remained calm, polite, and handled everything with absolute ease. He was juggling multiple orders at once, yet still took the time to communicate clearly and set expectations, letting me know our order might be a little late. Not only did he follow through, he exceeded expectations by getting everything to us in record time, hot, fresh, and exactly what we needed. He even went the extra mile to accommodate us for the inconvenience. His customer service truly went above and beyond. Even over the phone, you could hear the smile in his voice. That kind of professionalism and positivity, especially under pressure, is rare. Because of him, you’ve kept a loyal customer! I was honestly considering switching locations for future company events, but not anymore. Thank you again, Jabari! You made a stressful situation seamless.

  It was me and my wife’s first time at that Wingstop. I got boneless wings and my wife got traditional wings, their lemon pepper wet, is amazing!!!! Chip is the one who ran us through what flavors we could choose, and he was super patient with us because we had no idea what we wanted, but the whole vibe was a 10/10!
