  I have visited this new locating two times & today I had to call them on the phone to see if they where open because I stood at the front counter & no one for 5 minutes they where in the back talking. Food was burnt & the restaurant was not clean. I will not return.

  I was excited to try this new Taco Bell, but unfortunately my first visit was a very disappointing experience. The employee working the register was extremely rude—easily one of the poorest customer service experiences I've had in years. The interaction was so unpleasant that I walked out before even finishing my order, and I'm not sure I'll return. It's disappointing because this is a brand-new location, and first impressions matter. The restaurant itself is beautifully built, clean, and very inviting, which makes the experience even more unfortunate. I don't often leave negative reviews, but this one is deserved. Taco Bell has a good product, but the quality of the customer experience starts with the people you hire. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a much better first impression than I did.
