  Andrea is the worst “manager “ at this location. I ordered a Togo order once on the app and the food wasn’t ready and I had to wait 35 mins after getting there and was told I had to check in to get my order ready. Worst Taco Bell- worst service . Need new employees

  Absolute worst customer service. Order took over 15-20 mins. Still got it wrong. All In all took an hour to get the order right. The window was shut on my face when I Asked to speak with the manager. Finally I was given a name because I wouldn't move from the drive thru. Instead of an apology for getting the order wrong, I was treated with disrespect while the order got cold in the car for almost an hour.

  I went into this Taco Bell to order just one item to go. There were no customers ahead of me, but the staff were chatting and walking around, and no one acknowledged me. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes and had to ask several times before anyone prepare my order.

  Horrible food. Took the workers 15 minutes to make my order of 2 nachos fries. And when they finally gave me them, they had no seasoning. Im really sad about this because I used to love this place, these workers really disgraced this establishments name.
