Nadia and Allison were very helpful showing me around the shop and telling me about their meats, their sides, products, etc. It was my first time in a butcher shop, and it was nice to get an understanding on what is sold here. I feel they care about what their customer needs and are so good at answering questions so you walk out knowing you got what you were looking for. Their daily deals also look attractive! While I was there, they had butternut squash samples they’re trying out for a side, and Nadia as the chef did a great job. It tasted so good, and I can’t wait for it to be sold as a side!
