  Best service in Alpharetta—no joke. The wait staff is incredibly friendly, the food is reasonably priced, and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. The ramen bowl is incredible. The Fit Salad is another standout: loaded with protein, egg, corn, and just the right amount of dressing. And the Bulgogi Egg Rolls are elite. You need them—trust me. If you live in Alpharetta or you’re traveling through the area, stop in. We’re very fortunate to have a Slurpin’ Ramen Bar here, especially since there are only seven locations in the U.S. and six of them are in California. Absolutely worth a visit.

  Very disappointing experience from a place we regularly visited We’ve been regular customers at Slurpin Ramen, and my kids have always enjoyed coming here, which makes today’s experience especially disappointing. We ordered two ramens for our family because I wasn’t particularly hungry and my kids normally cannot finish a full ramen each. We asked for extra bowls so we could share, and the server provided them — but with small plastic spoons. I simply asked if we could have regular ramen soup spoons instead. The server told me that all the regular soup spoons were being washed and that she couldn’t give us even one additional spoon. This was during normal operating hours and nowhere near closing time, so I was genuinely surprised by that response. I’ve attached a photo showing the regular ramen spoon we already had alongside the small plastic spoon we were given. This wasn’t about asking for extra food or anything unreasonable. We had purchased the ramen, extra bowls had already been provided, and we were simply asking for the appropriate utensils so our children could share the food. What disappointed me most wasn’t the spoon itself — it was the way such a simple request from a regular customer was handled. It made us feel unwelcome and honestly took away from what was supposed to be an enjoyable family meal. Unfortunately, after being regular customers and having brought our kids here many times, this experience has made us seriously reconsider coming back.

  This is consistently great ramen. It’s become my go-to when I want ramen locally. They also keep later hours so it’s great in a pinch when other places are closed.

  They have a shared patio with the bagel place next door. I got my coffee and sat down to figure out where and how to go. A server came from inside and said we couldn’t sit here if we hadn’t bought from them. When I asked why, the sign said people who bought from the bagel place could sit until 11am. (It was 11:40.) It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard coming and kicking someone out of their seat is really rude. When I told the server it was rude, they insisting it wasn’t was also absurd. How could they know maybe I was going to buy food from there too. Kicking people out of their seat is rude since I was the ONLY person sitting there. Being understanding wont hurt anyone, I hope you guys learn it.
