  This place is good if certain people are working, otherwise it is trash. And the management is atrocious or non existent. Older black woman is the worst employee by far, only causes problems and messes up orders. Never had a good experience with her, other employees were great. Ordered 12 wings on Wednesday and got 8. Employee did not offer to show the inside like she knew she messed up before showing me or was trying to scam me. I've been doing wing Wednesday for months and had no issues besides her. I even tipped ahead of time to be nice, that will NEVER happen again. I called and made a complaint on Wednesday and was told that a credit would be applied to my account and still haven't heard or received anything even after making multiple complaints with their customer service. Awful employee and even worse management if you can even call it that because they aren't doing ANYTHING. Just charge back your order and cost the location another $25 on top of the order because they will not satisfy or remedy your issues. They are useless people who are terrible at their jobs.

  Maybe it’s my fault for ordering here… but every single time I order from here it takes a minimum of 45 mins to an hour and a half to get my food. I don’t understand how this is considered acceptable and okay to continue to allow this.. you should really hire people who want to work and actually care about speed

  Placed a delivery order that was supposed to take 40-55 minutes. It took 2 hours to receive our food. We had 3 drivers show up to pick up the food, and the first two were turned away by the store. We called the store twice to see what was going on. When we finally tried to cancel the order, it was suddenly on the way. This is also not the first time we’ve had a problem with this store. We received the same excuses last time (power went out, we are behind on orders, etc) so we brushed it off as a one time thing. But this seems to be the norm for this location. Will not order from here again.

  Ordered 10 pizzas at 3pm for a scheduled delivery for 815pm for my son's 13th birthday party. Called the store multiple times as it was 915pm and still no pizza. Checked tracking yet no movement. Someone continued to pick up and hang up EVERY TIME we called the store or went straight to a message. No status update either online. My guests had to wait so long for the delivery. Finally food came 1.5hrs-2hrs late and the driver confirmed while he waited for our food the employees at pizza hut were hanging up on people or ignoring calls. To top all this off, we were still missing 3 pizzas+ cheese sticks+ breadsticks. Need a refund ASAP! We didn't have enough food and it ruined our event. Worst experience.
