  Simply great service! Came in late on a weeknight. Still got smiles and friendly, prompt service. Crawfish Etoufee was excellent but I'd like a bit more spice.

  I cringed when I found out my sons wanted to take me here for Mother's Day. I used to love this location off Mansell but the food quality went down. Imagine my shock and surprise that the food was AMAZING, fresh, seasoned, hot, and down right tasty with huge portions. The service at 8 pm at night was on point. (#Mayline you did awesome job of serving my family.) We had the grilled salmon, catfish entree, creole grouper and lemongrass snapper entrees and it was ALL delicious. @Manager Tyler, we will definitely be back. Thank you all for bringing back the Pappaduex excellence back to the Alpharetta location.

  We've been here before, but this time the staff and the hostess were very rude. We even made a reservation and we waited over an hour. After we left, the staff even kept on laughing. Worst experience ever, never going back there again. I could give it a 0 star if they let me.

  My husband ordered a blackened naked snapper at the takeout counter at Pappadeaux Alpharetta on Mother’s Day 2026 around 5:30 pm. The employee was impatient explaining the sides and options. We ignored her and continued with the order. In the car, we checked the order and realized it did not look blackened. My husband went back into the restaurant to clarify whether or not the fish was prepared with blackened seasoning. It was not, and the employee took the fish from my husband and gave it back to him within 5 minutes, telling him it was now blackened. I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of redoing fish already prepared or convinced that the blackened seasoning would adequately season the fish over such a short period of time. I called the restaurant, and the same employee confirmed that the fish we had was reused to correct the seasoning within a few minutes. I told her we were not comfortable with reusing the same fish and tried to ask her if the time would have been enough for the seasoning to take. She was loud and rude from the start of the conversation and offered to redo the order, but when I tried to inquire about the seasoning befire making a decision, she loudly and rudely accused me of interrupting her and hung up on me. We went back to the store, and I reported the incident to the manager who stated that it is not their policy to reuse fish in correcting their orders and that a few minutes on the grill after throwing blackened seasoning on the fish would not be enough time to properly season the fish as blackened. He offered us a refund. I am still writing a review because I want this employee to he held accountable and as I told the manager when I declined his gift card, I want most to ensure that she is corrected and is not allowed to treat other customers the way she treated me.

  I don’t think I have the vocabulary to do this place justice. Nothing could have been better. I only wish there was one closer to where I live.
