- DTDebra Trawick4 days ago1.0I am new to the area and Now twice I have had the same experience. Lack of Cheese, to the point the toppings rolled around, and room temperature. See the pictures below. Matt admits to making them. The first time he offered a future credit but I called in for it a few days later and there was no note of it. The man that answered made me feel like I was lying so I told him to forget it. Only then did he want to redeem it. I have sent a complaint to corporate. Papa John's was my favorite but until they re-train Matt I will not be ordering again.

I didn't order from DD. I eventually spoke to the district manager, Ashleigh, and she took care of refunds and told me that she would have a credit at the store to make up for the problem. Ashleigh did exactly what should have been done in the first place. Thank you Ashleigh for working it out!

The place always is chaotic with many people waiting for orders. The parking lot has pot holes that have been there for over a year. Here is the worst part, the service could not be any worse. If you ever go to pickup, be prepared to have a lot of patience and time. They definitely take the crown for the worst serviced Papa Johns in Alpharetta/Johns Creek/Milton area. You are better off order through a service than going to this location.
