I arrived to find out that they had processed the order at another location 15 minutes away. Store associate didn't try to fix it, said "enjoy your drive", and walked off. No, enjoy your lost customer. Rediculous, and not the first screw up they've made. I'm done with Papa John's.

I refuse to believe that y’all think one sauce and one pepper is enough. She was also dismissive to the couple that came in before me. Poor customer service.
