Best experience from any Outback Steakhouse I’ve ever been to. I will be making this the only location I visit!

I am very disappointed. I was out of town visiting and decided to stop for food with my family. The waiter was very nice, but the food was inexcusable. I ordered the Down Under Delmonico Ribeye well done. My steak was served to me medium rare. After "3" tries it was still pink in the inside. I decided to not keep sending it back and opted to not eat.

This is the worst Outback I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible. No wonder it was empty. Our server (female, long black hair, and long nails) smashed the water glasses down on the table (sorry for not wanting alcohol or soda, I guess), didn't bring utensils, and never checked on us during our meal. My steak was overcooked and tough, and my kids' nuggets were an embarrassment to this restaurant chain. We had to eat them anyway because she never came back to check on us. We had to request refills at the very end of our meal along with our desserts to go, and even that took a long time to be served. I did not like anything about this visit. Do not recommend. Avoid.

We had a wonderful experience at Outback Steakhouse! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. A special shoutout to Adeja, the host, who went the extra mile by opening the door for guests both as they entered and exited. It’s a small gesture, but it made a great first impression and showed genuine hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Excellent service, great food, and a welcoming team. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Outback. After driving over 6 hours from Florida, I was exhausted and starving. Outback has always been one of my favorite places to eat, so this was the first restaurant I wanted to visit. We were seated and then completely forgotten. We waited over 10 minutes without a single server coming to greet us, take our drink order, or even acknowledge that we were there. I never even got the chance to meet our waitress or waiter because they never showed up. To make matters worse, the staff seemed incredibly slow. Employees were constantly walking back and forth right past our table, and several of them were eating while on the floor. Not one person stopped to ask if we'd been helped or even acknowledged that we existed. It genuinely felt like we were invisible. After a 6-hour drive, the last thing anyone wants is to sit in a restaurant hungry while being completely ignored. We eventually got up and left without ever being served. Thankfully, we decided to go across the street to Lazy Dog Restaurant instead, and OMG—what a difference! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away, seated quickly, and our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. It turned a terrible experience into a great one, and we'll definitely be going back there instead. It's sad to say this because Outback used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but after being treated like we didn't matter, I won't be coming back. If you're deciding between the two, I'd recommend skipping Outback and going to Lazy Dog. The difference in customer service was night and day.
