  I love this place so so much but recently when I call about placing an order or asking about things on the menu, I’m met with dismissal and I don’t want to complain about customer service but I feel it’s necessary at this point. I try to be quick and short on the phone or when I’m there ordering, but more times than not I’m greeted with dismissive and uninterested responses. I really hope that’s not any every time thing. The food is amazing but the customer service is lack luster

  Quite disappointed for my first time ordering online as a long time customer. The ordering system told me it would be ready to pick up at 11:30. I arrived in the restaurant at 11:20 and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes longer. When I inquired about the order after 25 minutes, I was told by the same young man that the chicken was still cooking and that others had orders placed before me (mine was placed at 10:23am). I commented to him that I was already there, and he proceeded to tell me he couldn't do anything about it, that it's just the way it is. I was ready to yank his dreadlocks out of his head for being so disrespectful. About 3 minutes later, he brought my order out. The Special Salad for the day ordered was "Fresh Strawberries, Blackberries and Pecans with a Scoop of Chicken Salad on Mixed Greens", when I got to my Buckhead destination and unpacked lunch, my surprise salad was mostly arugula with a few pieces of watermelon and a side of grilled chicken. The sandwich looked good and my guest said it tasted good.

  I ordered one of the salads and added shrimp. Everything was delicious. $26 for a salad with shrimp at a place where you order at the counter seems high. We had to ask the staff to wipe down the table we wanted and I wiped off the bench which had salt and crumbs on it. Our food was delivered and there were ingredients or something on the outside of both of our bowls. I want to love this place so much more, but the pricing felt ridiculous for fast casual.

  *Restaurant Visit - July 30th ∼11:30 AM - Takeout Order* This was my first time visiting. I was excited to find a vegan-friendly spot, but I was highly disappointed. I arrived around 11:30am and placed my Togo order. I decided to wait outside to not take up indoor table space. I was told you were backed up, but I waited over 50 minutes for my takeout. I checked on my order 3 times and it appeared it had not been started. On my last check, the staff had to ask the chef to stop and make it now. When it was made, it was initially plated for dine-in, then dumped into an oversized foil container for takeout. The presentation was not good and the taste/flavor seemed rushed. I could not finish the meal. A 50-minute wait for a to-go order is unacceptable - especially for delivery drivers or coworkers waiting back at the office. I may have to try it on a non busy day. But for not I was very unhappy. I'm a vegan so it's definitely hard finding food and when you do find something that is disappointing it makes it 10 times worse. *Rating: 2 / 5 Stars* I will say the two ladies behind the counter were very nice but definitely overworked and overwhelmed.
