I don’t go to a McDonald’s expecting that they get my order right every time. What sets this McDonald’s apart from all of the others is a complete unwillingness to reconcile their mistakes and admit fault. On multiple occasions, they have left items out of my order; everything from sauces, to drinks, to entire meal items. And, on multiple occasions, I have left work, returned to the store, and explained my issue to the staff. What is their response? Deny, deny, deny. Swear up and down that they DID include the item and give me the choice to BUY ANOTHER or go back to work empty handed, short anywhere from $1-$10. I will stress that this is a consistent problem. This has happened to my coworkers as well. Sometimes, when it has happened to me, but I’m busy helping patients, my coworkers have gone to advocate for me (and vice versa), only to have to pay their own money to make sure that I get a missing item that was ALREADY PAID FOR. It’s ridiculous. Their customer service is atrocious, including management. Maybe it’s just a lunch shift problem, maybe they have seen too much benefit from scamming customers to allow for the thought of giving people what they paid for… who knows. Avoid this location at all costs. Go to the next McDonald’s over. This one is garbage. If you do order from them, make sure all items are accounted for and immediately go back in when something is inevitably missing. If you already work a stressful job, it is NOT worth the blood pressure spike. Patronize any of the delightful local or chain businesses next door or across or across the street: Popeye’s, Schlotzsky’s, Shibam Coffee, Caribbean Fiesta, Mr. Taco, Smoothie King, Blockbuster Cafe, Kimchi Red… literally anywhere else. It’s not worth dealing with this abysmal location. Bonus points for the smell of raw sewage inside the restaurant. 0/5.

What a joke. These clowns couldn’t even prepare a fast food order correctly, and I drove back to my office for my lunch break, and realized their incompetence. I then spent my lunch break returning to the restaurant for the missing burger and sauces. The person that didn’t hand me my food told me the sauces were in the bag, which was already missing items, and required me to pay for sauces which I was entitled to with my meal but did not receive. They were incredibly rude about it and accused me of stealing sauces. Shame on you for wasting my lunch break and charging me $3 for sauce that was included in the price of my food

Officially the rudest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There is an old white lady that needs to be removed immediately. On more than one occasion she has given the craziest attitude over the simplest things when I’ve been nothing but nice. One time she literally threw my credit card back through my window and said “YOU’RE WELCOME” I guess because I didn’t say thank you fast enough..the other lady at the front who can barley speak English should also be fired. Both are too rude to work in service and if you look through the comments you’ll see people complain about rudeness. I will never eat at this location again.
