  Hands down the worst McDonalds I’ve ever come across. I have written to their corporate office (not something I have done before). It’s an embarrassment to the brand. I have attempted to order food from them 6 times and have never received my order correctly. Save yourself the trouble - order from anywhere but here!

  This is the fourth time I ordered on the app for to the restaurant and food wasn’t right. It was someone else’s order the food was cold and the hash browns were over cooked. The customer service at this place is terrible. I didn’t get what I ordered this is the fourth time from this location

  worst McDonald's around I waited 20 minutes for a slushie one time lol and they're slow every time I come without fail but its the closest McDonald's to me unfortunately. they got potential though they used to be pretty good

  Night crew with manger gave us an attitude because my wife called them out on their deceptive business practice. Where they automatically up charge you because they said they have no medium cups and that it’s not there fault so they just automatically charge an extra .60. It’s not the money but it’s the principle of the matter. They took no responsibility for it and thought it was appropriate to upcharge you without asking! I have had this happen multiple times but this is the first we talked to someone about it. That was a mistake they made us feel like we were the problem and didn’t care especially when I said we weren’t coming back the employee said great! Really??!! 😡😡
