- ESEdwin Sanchez4 days ago1.0No food service, long wait, cold food for the cost it's horrible. Bowling was fine. Back to Stars and Stripes. Ok let me take back bowling was fine. After 5 minutes machine was dropping pins so game scores was wrong. Same for people next to us. Tech over and says yes we are waiting for parts. So why are you using these lanes. At least manager was nice to give refund. What a disappointing night.

- MMMichael5 days ago1.0I am shocked at how poorly run this place is for a brand name like Main Event. The bowling lanes are shockingly horrendous. I’ve never seen worse. I’ve never had lanes that would routinely (as in every frame) only pick up about half the pins and then knock back the rest. So it would give out free spares, constantly! You’d have a couple pins to knock down on your second bowl and it wouldn’t pick them up during the sweep and would knock them all over for you before you had a chance to bowl. And the best part is nobody cared! The staff couldn’t care less. I told the bowling shoe drop off and he was like yea he agreed and he jokingly, sarcastically said “I’ll get right on that”. This place is a joke when it comes to bowling. And getting drinks to the bowling lanes? Forget about it. We had a large party but the place was pretty dead. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink from the bar to the lanes. And the second one too. The food actually came quicker than the drinks. So this was likely a bartending issue. If there’s a manager on duty, it was not readily apparent. This was embarrassing.

Only even number pound balls. Need an 11 or a 13 pounder? Tough luck. The approach is awful and cramped by the ball return as well. I see why it's all but empty on a Thursday night.
