Brunch was not very good. Avocado French bread was chewy and eggs were dry and had very little cheese on them (although the dish was called Cheesy eggs and Avocado toast). Portion size was also way too large. Limited brunch menu. Coffee was good. Lazy dog regular lunch and dinner menu and food is good so was disappointed by brunch

I can tell this restaurant is great when it wants to be. Warm welcome, and the FLAVOR of the food was fabulous, the atmosphere was cozy and exciting which is perfect for parents having a rare date night out. However, after we were seated, we watched the entire crew “shoot the breeze” and goof off 95% of the time. I would not have cared at all if we were checked in on even once, or if our flatbread and nachos didn’t take 45min to come out, with only two other tables seated. When the food finally did come, you could tell that it was in fact, our food we watched sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. Very disappointed because we can tell what it should be.

I had an excellent experience at Lazy Dog thanks to Angie . From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us throughout the meal, and made us feel like valued guests. Angie has a great attitude and provides outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable about the menu, answered all of our questions, and made great recommendations. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. If you’re dining at Lazy Dog, I highly recommend asking for Angie Martinez. She made our visit enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of the exceptional service she provided. Thank you, Angie, for making our experience so memorable!

My fiancé and I visited Lazy Dog on Thursday, and unfortunately the service was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. As soon as we sat down, the first bartender asked if we knew the grill wasn’t working, as if we were somehow supposed to already know. She simply told us we could only order cold sandwiches or salads, with very little explanation or apology, which fine, cool. I understand equipment issues happen, and I also understand there was a shift change, so that wasn’t the biggest problem. After the shift change, the bartender took over our table. She asked what we wanted to drink and eat. She brought our drinks, and then disappeared. A couple was seated just a few minutes after us, and she immediately greeted them, took their food order, and gave them attentive service. To make matters worse, the couple who arrived after us received their food before we did. At some point the grill started working again, and she casually mentioned it to the other patrons but not us which is fine; by then that wasn’t even the issue anymore. The real problem was how ignored we felt throughout the entire meal. She never checked on us, never asked how our food was after it came out, never offered refills on our beers (especially after I found a fly in my drink), and never asked if we wanted anything else. We had planned to order more drinks and dessert, but we never had the opportunity because she simply wasn’t paying attention to us or she was focused on other people at the bar. We even watched another couple nearby leave because they also seemed frustrated by how dismissive the service was. By the end of the meal, we’d been there for nearly over an hour and finally had to flag her down just to get our check. I understand bartenders often have a lot to juggle, especially when they’re also covering tables. However, the restaurant wasn’t busy, there didn’t appear to be any servers covering the dining room, and there was no reason for us to be consistently overlooked while other guests received prompt, attentive service, ESPECIALLY when she walked past us numerous times without checking in on us yet making sure everyone else was taken care of. Equipment problems happen. Shift changes happen. Neither of those bothered me nearly as much as feeling ignored for our entire visit. It was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately it’s not one we’re eager to repeat. I’ve worked in retail before and I used to roll my eyes when customers would say “I’m never coming here again” but I promise you I’ll make sure no one comes to this location again; it was that bad of an experience
