We were with a large group. We sat on patio... it was nice out & patio pleasant. Our Durector did call ahead to let them know we were on our way.... but they seemed perhaps understaffed?? The servers were very pleasant, find delicious, however, it took a very long time to get our drinks and then our appetizers & food took quite some time... The 2nd day we were there, I was having the Mbimbimbap bowl. I couldn't even eat it. Due to time constraints... I tried just a little to try some. By that time it was mostly cold. Then, several hours later, it just didnt smell as it should have... if it came out on time, I would have devoured it!
So, if you go, have plenty of time! The menu has great options. Appetizers: we tried the Brussels sprouts, the white creamy cheese type dip, & the fried devil eggs...
All yummy!

Small portions for bland food. Literally everything across the board was so bland. Only the fried chicken tasted average. The rest was terribly disappointing, especially for a restaurant chain. It has a very nice interior, but the food was distinctly abysmal. Maybe it was just this location, but the reviews definitely don't support their food quality. I hope that others had a much better experience, but I don't see this restaurant having much going for them. For that price and quality, you can go somewhere else and enjoy a much better experience and eat much better.

We originally visited Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar several months ago while traveling and had such an excellent experience handling my life-threatening egg allergy that we made a point to return during another trip this Mother’s Day weekend. On our first visit, the waitress proactively asked about dietary restrictions, carefully reviewed the menu with me, and confirmed information with the kitchen. This gave me a rare sense of confidence dining out with anaphylactic food allergies.
Unfortunately, this recent visit was very concerning. Before arriving, I reviewed Lazy Dog’s online allergen menu, which indicated that the cheese curds did NOT contain egg. After the appetizer was brought to the table, something about it made me uncomfortable, so I asked again in person before eating it. The manager returned from the kitchen and told me, I absolutely cannot eat them they do contain egg.
As someone who was recently hospitalized after an accidental exposure, this was extremely alarming. Had I trusted the published allergen information without double-checking, this could have resulted in another anaphylactic emergency. The appetizer was removed from the bill, but there did not seem to be urgency or concern regarding how serious inaccurate allergen information can be for guests with life-threatening allergies.
I’m sharing this because families dealing with severe food allergies rely heavily on allergen guides to safely dine out. I sincerely hope Lazy Dog reviews and corrects any inaccurate allergen information and reinforces allergy safety training with staff moving forward.

This was my first time visiting Last Dog, and my experience was truly a 10/10! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was amazing. My server, Giselle, was absolutely wonderful ! so kind, patient, attentive, and professional. She made sure everything was perfect and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. It’s rare to come across such genuine and positive service these days!I would definitely recommend anyone to come here if you’re looking for great food and an even better experience. I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you again, Giselle, for making my first visit such a great one!

We visited Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar the day after Mother’s Day with our little family — my husband, our 2-year-old son, our 2-week-old baby, and me — and had such an amazing experience.
The food was amazing as always, but the service truly made this visit special. Our server, Candace, was so kind and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She was patient, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for the entire time.
As a sweet surprise, she even gifted us two $10 gift cards as a late Mother’s Day gesture, which I truly appreciated especially as a newly postpartum mom. Small acts of kindness like that really go a long way.
We already love coming here, but this experience made us love it even more. We’ll definitely be back and hope to see Candace again! 💛
