  Going Cheap - very disappointed We ordered three things. Chicken Seekh kabab - kababs are frozen; you can get them from any grocery store, warm them up and add some salad to the plate. Disappointed 🙁 Nawabi Chicken Korma - The chicken was hard like it was cooked beforehand and left in the fridge. They used whipped cream, and when you warm it up in the pan or oven it will release oil/grease. Added some fried onions on top with almonds. Frying it in butter never justifies it should be freshly cooked. The quantity of the chicken is less now compared to before. Butter Naan - Butter is supposed to be on them but it’s not. I think they mistakenly used that butter to fry the nawabi chicken instead of putting it on naan. Stop serving frozen and refrigerated food.

  Update: The owner’s response is worth addressing.. Your response is honestly more disappointing than the meal. I never said your Malai Kebab isn’t popular. I said I personally found it terrible, told your server immediately, and asked for it to be replaced. He refused. I then asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one available. That’s the part you conveniently left out. And 50 other people liking the dish doesn’t somehow make my experience invalid. Neither does a long explanation about your food costs justify serving an entrée with barely any meat. If you genuinely cared about “making things right,” you had the opportunity to do that while I was sitting in your restaurant. You chose not to. I paid for the food, I experienced the service, and I left disappointed. Your defensive response only confirms that I made the right decision not to return! ———————————————————————Very disappointing experience — not worth the money. We ordered the mutton karahi, dynamite shrimp, and malai boti. Unfortunately, most of the meal was a major letdown. The mutton karahi tasted okay, but the portion was extremely disappointing. There was barely any meat in it, making the quantity feel completely unreasonable for the price. The dynamite shrimp was honestly the only decent dish of the three. The malai boti was terrible. The taste was so bad that we couldn’t enjoy it at all. I immediately brought it to our server’s attention and asked if it could be replaced or if something could be done about it. He refused. I then asked to speak with a manager, only to be told that there was no manager available. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of effort to address a genuine complaint. When a customer is unhappy enough to specifically ask for help, there should at least be an attempt to make things right. Unfortunately, based on both the food quality and the customer service, I would not return to this restaurant. Save your money and choose somewhere else.

  This was our first time ordering from Khan's Kitchen and we were very impressed! Food was delicious and packaged well; ordering and pick up process was very smooth and efficient.

  I highly recommend trying this place! The atmosphere is really, really nice, and the food is absolutely delicious. I tried the kalakhata and it was fantastic. I also tried the naan with gravy, and both were incredibly flavorful. The gravy was especially delicious, and the naan was fresh and perfectly prepared. I also tried the biryani, which was really good as well. What made the experience even better was the person who attended to us. He was extremely polite, helpful, and informative. His warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. I definitely recommend giving this place a try — I think you’re going to love
