  I had an excellent experience at Jimmy John's thanks to Logan, the manager, and his coworker Jackson. Logan is professional, helpful, and a true leader who sets a great example for his team. Jackson was just as friendly, hardworking, and attentive, making sure everything was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. Together, they provided outstanding customer service and created a welcoming atmosphere. It's employees like Logan and Jackson who keep customers coming back. Highly recommend this Jimmy John's location!

  I have been a long time customer of Jimmy John's but very disappointed in my sandwich which was 90% bread. Only approx 2 tablespoons of Philly chicken on it which was overcooked and dried. Felt like I got the scraping off the grill.
