We went in late for a craving and the staff clearly didn't want to be there, as they just tossed our burger and fries into the bag together, leaving the fries a smashed mess. When we asked why, the cashier just told us we should've asked for them to be packed separately. Don't waste your money here!

Consistently one of the best burgers you can get with enough fries for feed 2-3 people. The Hot Dog isn't anything to scoff at either. And with a Coke free style machine, I'm not sure what else you want from a burger joint. Five Guys is great, and so is this location.

I asked if she could remake the milkshakes shake and she responded “that’s just the way it’s coming out of the machine” I asked for my money back and she replied “you can go online to request a refund” I asked for her help and she said she didn’t know how but I could call customer service. She was so RUDE. I hope the franchise will hold their managers to a better standard. As of now, I will be going elsewhere with my business.
