The staff isn’t very friendly, my orders are often messed up, my drinks don’t taste right sometimes as well. It’s really annoying when I’m in the drive through and try to hand them my card and instead shove the tip screen in my face. I make less than you guys working with children and at least I do my job with a smile on my face. There’s been a couple times where I’ve pulled up to the speaker and heard the words “what do you want” and that’s no way to talk to a customer! I never hear a hello or hi welcome to Dunkin. I’ve worked at dunkin and many other service jobs and this customer service would never fly. I also saw another review with a picture of avacado toast with a hole in it, and that’s also happened to me quite a few times. Why would you even serve it with a hole in the middle? The avacado just falls out and gets everywhere. I’ve had plenty of orders messed up. They don’t have good service. This Dunkin is known in the area as the one to avoid.
