  Please do a better job training the new in employees....I had to explained 3 different times on my coffee order. They still got it wrong. 🤬 Need to do better!

  I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and caramel with my points. Added a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Get to the window and order is ready. The young person working drive thru handed me the bag with my croissant and then handed me a small iced coffee while calling it a large iced coffee. I simply pointed out that it wasn’t a large. They had me pull up and wait while they remade it. No big deal. Mistakes happens. They bring me an actual large this time but it’s not made correctly. The croissant was barely warm and tasted a little stale in certain portions. I ended up throwing everything away. I’m glad this is not my usual Dunkin. I hope this is a result of new employees still learning. Very disappointing experience.

  I have been coming here for years to get my students donuts on their AP test day. I call ahead or pop in a few days early to order and prepay. I can see the atmosphere has changed. There was nothing horribly wrong before, but it’s the little things. My order was done when I got there instead of waiting for it to be filled. They helped me walk the numerous bags to my car. They were laughing and smiling when I walked in. They were working quickly, but their attitude was laid back and kind. They knew my name from my order and said a personalized hello. Little things add up. I am happy with the service today.

  Great lack of cognitive listening skills in this establishment, repeated my coffee order several for it still to be wrong. Almost every employee at the window clearly doesn’t want to be there and it shows. The first couple times I let it slide but now it’s clear there is a real problem in the workplace and I will not be returning. Food quality and customer service are nonexistent nowadays.

  I don't go to Dunkin that often but when I do, most of the times, including my latest visit, have been a good experience. I think their regular brewed coffee is really good and its consistent compared to Starbucks and other quick service coffee shops. The donuts are always good but when it comes to just a glazed donut, I honestly have to say I like the glazed donut at Krispy Kreme much better. I tried Dunkin's Veggie Omelet Bite and it was pretty good. I like that it was high in protein and low in calories which gave me a healthier option. The service on my visit was great. I was quickly greeted and the employee made sure I was taken care of.
