I was charged $.50 for a cup of water along with my doughnut. The service and food was perfectly fine, I do not believe it is reasonable to charge people for a cup of water.

Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 experience....will not recommend it to anyone, we had such a bad experience with customer service. We asked for water and they said you will need to pay for it. WHO PAYS FOR WATER? And to top the guys person is telling us, " why are you yelling at us, tell our boss"....absolutely frustrating 😑....will not recommend anyone to go to this location.

Don't order coffee from the drive thru. They don't consider that you're in a car. Twice already, coffee was filled all the way to the top, actually a little over, but inside the lid, and very hot. Lifting the lid off just straight up sucked it all out like a vacuum. It flew straight up out of the cup and over me like a fountain. I spilled it all over myself just trying to put in creamer... So, I had to go to work with coffee all over me, and not in the cup. Won't order from drive thru again.

When this was opened it was amazing But recently I noticed the service and customer care going down the hill They can't make the drink you want The staff can't speak properly or understand the order Last time I asked to use my app for free drink and points they said it's not working and refused me flat out Their manager really need to watch out how the staff is dealing with customers Unfortunately last few run to this Dunkin has left us disappointed and we have stopped coming here

Worst run Dunkin ever. Leadership needs to get a new manager for this store. Last 3 times been here they can’t make any of the drinks on the menu lol. What’s the point of having a menu if you’re not going to keep anything avail in the store. They literally told me this store doesn’t make lava coladas or strawberry coladas! On top of that, they always close 20 to 25 minutes before they’re supposed to close time. I guess they don’t wanna make any money at the store. They are definitely more concerned about leaving and going home than serving customers here. Find a different store!!!!
