  to start this off i have already tried leaving a review but it seems to have been deleted for some reason. i have nothing bad to say about the food or drinks here, in fact i love stopping here every saturday morning otw to work. the staff here is also wonderful and very helpful and kind. the reason for my bad review is the MANAGEMENT. i don’t even leave reviews especially after going to a place just once or twice cause i don’t think a couple experiences defines an entire establishment.. but i’ve been coming here for months now and the manager is so bad i feel the need to. he is incredibly disrespectful and mean to his employees. every. single. time. even if im only there for 5 minutes he manages to do something to rub me the wrong way when it comes to how he treats his staff. seems like a miserable man that takes out his own issues on his employees. i would never work under a manager like this and dunkin should find new management for this location.

  my boyfriend and I absolutely love going to dunkin to get coffee and donuts/ breakfast and just recently tried the baskin robins ice cream for the first time at this location. he goes every saturday as well on his way to work and the workers there are always so friendly and patient with us and he says one of them know his order when he goes saturday mornings. however i am leaving a one star review because of management…every time we go in my boyfriend and I noticed the manager is not nice to his employees. this is something we’ve noticed every time we’ve come in and it seems like the employees are scared of him. if i personally worked there with what i have seen i would be scared to go to work in fear of messing something up. if i feel that way just being a customer in the store im not sure how these other employees feel but just today when i went with my boyfriend i watched an employee accidentally hit something with his elbow and the look on his face i felt so bad for him especially cause the manager was right behind him and scolded him for it like it wasn’t completely an accident. my boyfriend and i will still continue to go to this location as again the staff have been amazing but management need to be replaced ASAP!!

  Waited for quite some time because there was only one employee working Tyler and he was amazing He tried as best as he could to take care of everyone in the lobby and in the drive-thru by himself. He was the only staff member there at 3pm. But my chai latte is great just had to wait for some time to get it because he was handling everything in the lobby too. Way to go Tyler

  Most of the staff is very nice and will eventually get you the right order. Dunkin has 3 different vanilla flavors. Every single time I've gotten the wrong one in my coffee even when the right one is printed on the ticket. The staff has always been nice about getting it fixed and quickly. I don't avoid this dunkin but I do consider the extra hassle before I go.

  I went in to have a little ice cream date and to try the Dubai chocolate sundae. I was disappointed with what I received for the price I paid. The sundae is $11.79, and in the ad, it comes in a tall sundae glass with hot fudge, the Dubai chocolate ice cream, knafeh, and pistachios. I received Dubai chocolate ice cream with hot fudge, pistachios, whipped cream and a cherry. It was ok, but not what I expected—and certainly not for that price. I don’t even think the employees knew how to make the sundae because the cashier kept saying that she didn’t know how to make it. At any rate, the location is nice and clean and a good place to go and socialize.
