  Worst run Dunkin ever. Leadership needs to get a new manager for this store. Last 3 times been here they can’t make any of the drinks on the menu lol. What’s the point of having a menu if you’re not going to keep anything avail in the store. They literally told me this store doesn’t make lava coladas or strawberry coladas! On top of that, they always close 20 to 25 minutes before they’re supposed to close time. I guess they don’t wanna make any money at the store. They are definitely more concerned about leaving and going home than serving customers here. Find a different store!!!!

  I needed an afternoon pick me up and went through the drive thru and ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar. When I got to the window to pay and gave the lady my card, she said “you need to answer the question about a tip.” I looked at her and I said “a tip?” Sure enough instead of me being able to just pay for my iced coffee and be on my way, I had to be guilted into leaving this lady a tip! Why should I leave a tip for you putting together an iced coffee that takes two seconds? It was a complete turn off and I will not be back. Not to mention the iced coffee was absolutely horrible. There was about two ice cubes by the time they gave it to me and I tasted literally no sugar. Such a disappointment! Tim Hortons opened up down the street, and it was an absolute delight. I am no longer a Dunkin fan!

  What a disaster. Our green matcha latte arrived only about 60% full. I didn’t realize Dunkin’ started selling “diet portions” at full price. We ordered 6 Boston Cream donuts and received only 4. The other 2 were random donuts we never ordered. Apparently, “surprise me” is now part of the ordering process. Instead of putting the donuts in a box, someone just threw them into a paper bag. The chocolate icing was smashed and smeared all over everything. They looked like they lost a fight before they even got delivered. Half-filled drink. Wrong donuts. Destroyed packaging. Sunday evening staff clearly needs much better supervision because this order looked like it was packed by someone who simply didn’t care. As one of our family members said, “And these kids will be leading our country one day.”

  We live extremely close to this location. We have been 3 times since the opening. We won't go again. Poor service is the reason. There is a young lady working the drive-thru who sincerely must hate this job. Her temperament is giving "This is my parents store. They're making me work here. I don't want to be here. I don't care who knows." That energy at the drive-thru is the worst for a guest. That's what she gave 2 days in a row. Today, as I was ordering, my child was being a brat about her drink. That + the young lady at the drive-thru = nothing good. I said large 3 times; the young lady "heard" medium. I didn't realize that she "heard" medium. I said sparkling refresher; the young lady "heard" green tea. I told her I did not ask for green tea. I would like sparkling. She responded with,"you want sparkling water?" (💭Yes. Yes... that is the drink.) I got too the window. I was not greeted. Her energy was "pay here." I paid. She handed a cup out, and I immediately saw it wasn't large. I asked her what size it was. She said medium. I told her I ordered large. The young lady handed the cup to her coworker who disappeared around the corner. The coworker came back with a large cup and smirked as she handed it back to the young lady at the window. Why did she smirk?! Oh... because she poured the medium into a large cup and dumped a ton of ice on top. The cup was almost completely ice. Poor service + bad behavior = guests going back to what we know. There are 2 other Dunkin Donuts within a 3 mile radius of this location. All of your guests have been going to those other locations for years, so it's nothing for us to return to them. It is Bad Business 101. Please take time to train your staff to provide a much better level of customer service. P.S If your daughter doesn't want to work there, don't make her. If that's not an option, at least don't have her interacting with guests.
