    Serious Breach of Dietary Principles and Professional Standards This experience was a profound failure that went far beyond a simple kitchen error. As a vegetarian, receiving a non-veg pizza is not merely a wrong order; it is a violation of our home’s core principles and beliefs. My point here was the staff's complete lack of transparency; despite realizing they had handed over the wrong item, they never bothered to call or alert me. When I returned, the negligence continued as the second pizza offered was also not customized to my order, showing a systemic lack of attention to detail. Most frustrating was the human element—throughout this entire 40-minute ordeal involving two separate trips, not a single person offered an apology. Given that I had already wasted significant time and refused to wait another 30 minutes for a third attempt, the store could have at least offered to deliver the corrected order to my home for free as a gesture of goodwill. Instead, the team's demeanor remained dismissive, and the manager’s refusal to provide a cancellation receipt was highly unprofessional. While mistakes in taste or appearance can be forgiven, a total disregard for a customer's fundamental beliefs and a refusal to offer even basic compensatory service is unacceptable.

    I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza, but when I got home and opened the box, I found that I was given a plain cheese pizza instead. I immediately called the store, but I was placed on hold for approximately 35 minutes without any proper assistance. As a result, I had to drive back to the store. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager on duty, Destin. Unfortunately, she did not handle the situation appropriately. She appeared to ignore the issue at first and showed little to no concern about the mistake. The overall attitude was dismissive, and it did not feel like my concern was being taken seriously. Initially, I was offered a cold replacement pizza. I had to insist on receiving a fresh remake, and even then, it felt like I was being ignored before the pizza was finally remade. While waiting, I observed several employees standing around talking while the phone rang continuously without being answered. There were also multiple customers in the store, which made the situation even more concerning. This experience was inconvenient, time-consuming, and far below the level of service I expect—especially as a loyal customer who orders frequently. Due to the inconvenience, the extended wait time, and the poor customer service—particularly the way the situation was handled by the manager on duty—I am requesting appropriate compensation

    I am just here to pay so much appreciation to the delivery driver Allen. This man went above and beyond taking care of my order, despite it being an extremely busy Saturday night, and then having almost 20 deliveries within the hour. I live on the third floor, and Alan came all the way up and made sure that everything was A-OK with my order. Allen, You are kind, patient, and determine. Thank you so much!

    I placed an order at 10:50 PM, and it never arrived. I tried calling the store to follow up, but it was already closed, and no one reached out to me to explain the situation. I am requesting a full refund for this undelivered order. Extremely disappointing service.
