    I prefer someone tell me they need to remake my order than receive burnt food. The cheese on the tater tots was so hard from being BURNT and my pizza was BURNT all around the edge. None of it looked appealing to eat. I wish I knew to open the box when the delivery guy was still at my door. I wouldn’t have accepted it.

    Ordered $150 worth of pizza & wings. Got confirmation at 10:27. Someone called @10:30 to say they were "having technical issues" and were cancelling the order. I said I will come pick it up and he said "ummm well we are about to close". There were no technical issues bc he had my number and order to call me. They just didn't want to fulfill the order. The owner/manager should be aware.
