  I came in earlier today with my little ones and they had a blast!!! The food, customer service and games were all a great experience for my family. My daughter even misplaced her phone and an employee by the name of Jeremy not only helped us find it but he also took the time to actually make sure that we found it!!! I just want to say thank you Jeremy, saved us a huge headache and we will definitely be back again!!!

  Jeremy and AnnMarie were the best. We had a large party. They were friendly, accommodating and solution oriented. I have been to Dave and Busters many times and have never had service this good before. We were here visiting for a basketball tournament but I wish I can take these 2 back to our home state and request them every time we visit Dave and Busters. These two should receive a special award/bonus for being so amazing.

  We went here for a kid's birthday party as a group. We had a really nice time. The food and drinks were very on point. We shared some food and the Philly Cheese steak, hot wings, fries, and banana cheesecake were delicious! The wings weren't to crispy. They were well seasoned and juicy. The cheesecake tasted like banana pudding plus cinnamon. It was amazing.

  We were in Alpharetta, GA for a basketball tournament over the weekend and my son was having a birthday. Last minute I was able to purchase a party package and pull off a nice party and basketball team gathering. Service was top notch and it all went smoothly. They actually accommodated us for way longer than planned but we did continue to order food and beverages. The only issue we ran into was pre-party communication. I texted with 2 questions about upgrading the party to a private room and asking for details around party add-ons and no one responded but I did get the add-ons question answered upon arrival. Overall we had a wonderful time and the staff was amazing. Suggestion; Maybe add a parrt option with bigger food portions for older kids. We had a bunch of 12 year old athletes and they eat alot!!!

  I've amended my earlier review to 4 stars for food instead of 3. The food met all my expectations for what I would expect to get at Dave and Buster's. What really pushed everything up for me was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond. We were celebrating my son's birthday while in town for a basketball tournament. We really weren't able to plan it out, but the staff made everything work flawlessly.
