  Colletta always impresses! The menu is always seasonally fresh (and in the summer, you have to try the corn agnolotti). The Italian Beef pizza was also one of the best and most surprising that I’ve had. My favorite seat is at the bar along the kitchen where you get to see the passion from the chefs in every dish! The flavors are well balanced and absolutely delicious. You’ll find yourself wanting to try everything on the menu (and it’s worth it).

  Ordered family style for 4 people. We were VERY hungry when we got there. Burrata we gave 9/10 didn't know it was a salad with arugula and pieces of toast but we were pleasantly surprised. Caesar salad was underwhelming we gave it a 6... still ate the whole thing though. Sausage pizza 10/10. The hot peppers on it really brought something to it. Would order again for sure. Tagliatelle was a 10/10. This was my personal favorite that we ordered. Well balanced, great pasta texture, sauced perfectly. Corn agnolotti 10/10 the flavors on this just blew everyone at the table's mind. This was everyone else's favorite. Personally it was a touch too sweet for me but I also gravitate towards savory dishes. Chicken zafferano we gave a 8/10. Chicken itself was cooked perfectly, moist meat but crispy outside. Greens that came with it were delicious but the rice had hardly any flavor. Not sure if it was just that batch of rice but everyone at the table agreed. Cocktails were delicious though slightly overpriced in my opinion. Service was amazing. Our server was prompt, energetic, knew the menu. The only thing service wise I think could be improved on was crumbing/wiping the table after courses. The plates and silverware were cleared and replaced but then there was crumbs and food dropped from plates just sitting on the table getting everything dirty. Hard to not get anything on the table when sharing family style with no serving utensils. Spent about 100 per person before tip for all of that food plus drinks. Would give 5 stars for amount of quality food at that price point but maybe 4 stars out of all italian I've ever had.

  Five stars is not enough. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, and while the food was excellent, the true standout was the service. I have honestly never experienced such attentive, genuine hospitality. Our waitress, Allena, anticipated needs before we voiced them, struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, and made us feel like honored guests rather than customers. Great restaurants serve great food. Exceptional restaurants create experiences people remember. Thanks to Allena, this was one of those experiences. I’ve literally never experienced anything quite like it.

  We visited today to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, and everything we ordered was excellent. A special thank you to our waitress, Allena, who provided outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made our first visit truly memorable. Her professionalism and warm personality helped make my daughter’s birthday celebration even more special. We had such a great experience that we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this restaurant for both the amazing food and exceptional customer service! 🎉🍝❤️
