  I went out with 5 other ladies to Collettas Friday night. The food was awesome but our server, Kaitlyn made it even more awesome. After Kaitlyn explained the menu specials etc to us we immediately fell in love with her and we declared she now has 6 more grannies. The chicken parm as was the rigatoni were both incredible. Save room for dessert and I sure hope you have Kaitlyn for a server because she was the star of an incredibly delightful evening. I will be back!

  Went here recently for a Sat night dinner with the group of 6. We've called and reserved a table for 9PM. Arrived there on time and were waiting for ~30mins in the tiny entrance hallway. Asked a question - why do you do reservations at all if we still have to wait that long? Got an answer - we are shortstaffed tonight. Why do I care?! Ok, finally got a table and placed an order. Waited for another ~40-45mins just to get a pizza. Is this how you fine dining should feel like?! And the cherry on top they've put celebratory dessert on our check for no reason. When I pointed that out to a server - the answer was yes, this shouldn't be there, let me take it off. No apologies, no manager's involvement at all. Yes, I know, it's only $2, but does it really matter? Even if it's a penny - this is totally unacceptable. Summary: Interior - 5. Food - 4 (looks good, but tastes like nothing special) Service - 1. Total verdict - 2. Yes, I can do the math and find the average, but that story with trying to cheat on the check can't give me the right to put more than 2 stars. And yes, before the owner responds - I can tell you how it could be better if I'm the manager there: 1. Short staffed and got a table reservation? Don't let the people wait for 30mins in the entry hallway. Tell them you are very sorry about that, here's complimentary drinks, let us write down your phone number and we will call you once it's ready. And btw, you can just wait on the little playground area right at the front door - the weather is nice. 2. Got super busy kitchen? Tell the people what's going on and how long they should wait, don't let them look for a waiter begging for some updates. 3. Got something wrong on check? I'm so sorry, guys, unfortunately mistakes happen. And just because of this - here's a little appreciation voucher for your next visit. I promise next time we'll make everything right.

  Excellent service!!! Ryan was a very kind quick and efficient server. He was very quick with refills and made sure to provide us with a great experience!!! 100% would recommend!!!

  I’ve been here multiple times ( over 10 times) not every time do I get this server but when I do it some of the best services I’ve ever seen, he’s quick with drinks and food, EXTREMELY helpful with recommendations. Ryan is one of the best server here and we couldn’t get enough of he’s good personality. Thank you

  We had been here once before and really enjoyed ourselves and we've also been to their sister restaurant, Oku, for our last anniversary which we loved, but this past week on 4/15 my husband and I went to Colletta for our 9th anniversary and had a bit different of an experience. Our server was super lovely and they provided us some complimentary focaccia and a little cannoli cream dessert which was so sweet of them. We each ordered a cocktail, then for dinner I got the ravioli and my husband got the rigatoni, and for dessert he ordered a strawberry rhubarb crostata to go. But, shortly after our dinner my husband got the worst case of food poisoning ever. He got so very sick for several days and even got a 104°fever and had to go to urgent care, and honestly even 6 days later still isn't back to normal and can barely eat. In 9 years I have never seen him that ill. I reached out to Colletta a couple days ago but haven't heard back yet. It's sad because our first visit was so nice and we raved to everyone about it but after this latest experience it is hard to trust again or recommend.
