- ARAndrew Riga2 days ago5.0My wife and I went to Collettas for our 1 year anniversary and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They literally got us a custom gift after sitting down with a special hand written card. I was flabbergasted. We hugged the servers and the waitresses for their thoughtfulness. This was only the beginning. Our waitress Kaitlyn was an absolute sweet heart and arguably the best, most bubbly and attentive waitress I’ve ever had. I have no doubt she will the best pediatric emergency room psychiatrist the world has ever known. She was so attentive, kind, and driven. I wish her all the luck in the world. Finally, the food! Every bite was better than the last. We had mussels, a salad, and two pasta dishes. They comped meatballs, crispy fingerling potatoes, and a delicious desert at the end with wine. Literally everything was amazing. 100/10. They made our anniversary so special!! I cannot say enough good things.

From beginning to end, our server(Christian), the management team (Vicki), and a server we’ve had before (Taylor), were so kind, generous, and attentive. Not to mention, the food was delicious and looked amazing! This is my second time to this restaurant in 3 weeks, and I will definitely return because it’s clear that the restaurant and the people who work therentake pride in what they do and want their customers to be happy! Thank you for a great evening!

We filled up on the octopus and charcuterie board, that we barely had room for our chicken parmesan but it will be our lunch tomorrow.

The food is fantastic, the vibes are always perfect—from the lighting to the music—and the service is always spectacular. They do the little things well. Not only will they continue to get my business but I will always suggest them to friends and family.
