Every table in there was dirty when we walked in. so we really didn't have a place to sit down and eat until I wiped one down myself. All of the food looked like it had been sitting there for a while and they were digging out the bottoms of some of the ingredients that looked really bad. We were eating the chips and they were ver, very stale and I asked if we could get fresh ones. He said they're made in the morning and that's all they have and they sit there all day long. This was at an hour or two before closing. really?? You make chips in the early morning and let them sit there for 8 plus hours And expect them to taste good?? And then I went to throw our food away in the trash bin and the hole to put the trash in is half the size of the containers that we ate out of. I'm not sure how they expect us to throw our food away. The metal trays they used are gigantic, wouldn't it make sense to make the holes slightly big enough to put the paper cartons that you eat out of away??

I asked for some pico and got a mountain and then was told they were out of cheese. The cheese part is fine until as I was leaving I look over and see cheese. The rice is also clumpy and cold. Nobody has any sense of urgency when there is a line stretching across the store. The cook was doing his best but the girl at the counter was less than impressive and this wasn’t even the first time. Bring back the chipotle I love. Anyways I hope they all have a great night!
