  This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. As I was standing in line they ran out of rice and beans. The staff was rude and there was no urgency or genuineness when it came to completing orders in a timely manner or customer concerns. They give very small food portions, I had to ask for a full portion because they were scared they’d run out of more food. The food was put together in a sloppy manner, overly watery meat and not completely melted queso. Nothing about this chipotle screams fresh ingredients or that they care about their customers.

  The service was so bad. It was almost comical. There’s 5 employees behind the counter. Two of them are standing at the register (only 1 person working the register, unsure what the other one was actually doing). Some of stocking food here and there, but would then just be hanging out. Meanwhile, there’s one girl who it may have been her first day was working the entire line by herself. No one thought it would be a good idea to have two people running the line to hurry the process up. She moved so slow and did not have a care in the world that the line was growing to 20 customers. Again, there are other able-bodied employees you would think that would jump in to help but nope – they just watched her as everybody waiting in line was also just confused as to what was going on and why no one was helping her. Oh also – they were out of rice and black beans. The steak was Super dry and chewy. I love chipotle, it’s a staple of mine, but today was extremely frustrating.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!! Made an online order. Showed up slightly early to pick up at the drive thru window and waited 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The staff admitted to giving my order to someone else. They gave me attitude and made it out like it was my problem. I proceeded to sit there for 40 minutes watching the staff prepare other orders. I asked for the manager. The manager gave me attitude and proceeded to make it like it was my fault. They finally made my order and not one time apologized for their wrongdoing. Needless to say I will never go to this restaurant location again. I advise others not to go as well. Absolutely terrible!!

  Save yourself some time and go to a different chipotle.. I ordered a bowl with double meat and my bowl had no meat at all in it. The chipotle here doesn’t taste fresh the food is cold and honestly just needs to be shut down if they can’t produce quality food.

  I should have read the reviews before stopping into this Chipotle for lunch. The restaurant itself is clean. The service at the counter was fine. Yes, the portions are noticeably smaller than other locations but honestly, I never finish my entire bowl anyway so I didn't really care about that. When the employee finished making my bowl, there was one person in front of me, waiting to pay at the register and one person behind me, getting his food made. Whoever was at the register just decided to walk away. We then proceeded to stand and wait to pay for our food. The line piled up behind us, there were at least a dozen customers with their food made and no one to check us out. Meanwhile, the person that appeared to be the manager was walking around, head down, not making eye contact with any of us, and taking temperatures of the salsa. She did this while there was obviously no one working the register and a huge line of people piling up. Two of us said something and the employees just looked at us and shrugged. We continued to wait, just staring at our food getting cold. The person taking salsa temps finally decided to come back and check us out. Obviously I understand that it's important to take food safety seriously but what an odd time to do that (lunch rush) and then completely ignore us while doing so. I did fill out the survey but there was no opportunity to actually elaborate on the concern/complaint so I decided to write this review.
