- CBCynthia Bueno1 day ago4.0I wanted to specifically give a shout-out to Julian for managing the dinner rush almost entirely on his own tonight. I’ve visited this location on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, they are almost always understaffed. Despite that, the employees consistently work hard and do their best to push through the rush. Many of the negative reviews mention long wait times or rushed/incomplete orders, but I think it’s important to recognize that these issues are often the result of a lack of staffing and support—not a lack of effort from the employees. Customers can understandably become frustrated, and while that frustration is sometimes directed toward the staff, I’ve consistently seen the employees do their absolute best to accommodate everyone. I’ll continue coming to this location and will gladly wait patiently because the customer service has been superb, even when the team is clearly stretched thin. Chipotle needs to invest more in hiring and retaining good employees and providing these teams with the support they need. I truly believe the reviews and overall customer experience would improve significantly if they did. Thank you to Julian and the rest of the team for continuing to work hard, even when you’re being asked to do too much with too few people!
