- RVRobert Villarreal2 days ago1.0So there was a guy here today and he was so slow. He was thin with a pencil mustache. I really hope he was just hung over but really weird experience. And he rolled my burrito up like 💩. Idk weird experience with one employee. Otherwise 5 stars.
- ZKZahid Khan2 days ago2.0There used to be one of the best locations. When I visited, the steak was dry, the station looked like the hurricane had gone through it, it was understaffed, and they were keep messing up the simple order. They are out of spoons, napkins.
- MCMatt CSep 27, 20261.0The amount of protein with my order was pathetic. Ordered online. Do not waste your money. Do not go to this location.
- LBLilliane BirdSep 15, 20261.0If there was an option to give zero stars I would. This place has terrible customer service. I mistakenly thought I placed my order at this location, but my issue was I never felt like I was being acknowledged. I wasn’t told till 30 minutes later that I placed it at the wrong location the lady that was at the front counter register. She was very rude. Didn’t even spoke to me and just gave me a blank stare the entire time. after asking am I at the right place? Do you need my name in the system, etc. I even felt like who was working upfront, which was three people didn’t acknowledge that I’ve been waiting for a really long time. I was very patient with them, but I did grow to be very upset after I left.
- DKDevarsh KinraSep 14, 20261.0It was a horrible experience. The portion sizes were too small. The guy was barely putting anything in the bowl. I asked to put a bit more but he barely added anything. I have had bowls with way more quantity than what he put in the bowl. None of the people who make the bowls barely put anything in the bowl. They guy was putting stuff like he was paying out of his own pocket. Aside from the quantity, the guy who was making the bowl was somewhat rude as well. Not a good location to eat Chipotle.
