- CMCharles MearsJul 29, 20261.0I gave up on Chipotle some time ago because once they were the benchmark for fast southwestern food I wish I hadn’t wasted my money giving them yet another chance. 1 the restaurant was gross I should have walked out, 2 the food was slopped together by an incompetent person whom either couldn't understand or just wouldn’t listen. The bins were down to the dregs and dregs are exactly what we received. My burrito had exactly 7 pieces of steak on it, didn’t ask for lettuce because I can’t eat it but received lettuce. The barbacoa tacos were greasy beyond norm, the the burrito bowl was a mess. The queso was petrified. What makes matters worse the containers were put in the bag on their side so the grease leaked all over my car carpets. I’m done this brand needs to go out of business. Don’t bother with your bs responses wanting to make it right. The windward location based on my children’s experience is just as bad.

Watched 5 different groups walk-in after me to order and got their food before me. Food was finally ready 15 mins after the pickup time. Makes absolutely no sense that they can’t figure out how to get orders ready in advance before walk-ins. Totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

We placed a simple order—kids’ tacos, chips and queso, and drinks. The drink machine was out of ice, and even after we let an employee know, it was never refilled. The chips were stale, the queso was cold and chunky, the taco shells were rubbery, and the meat had an unpleasant taste. Overall, the food quality and lack of attention to basic issues made for a poor experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
