We decided to dine-in, arriving before 9pm. On the doors, we noticed that serving hours were posted until 10pm. As we ate our meal, an employee started to clean the dining room. Her name is Taniya. She decided to come up to our table at about 9:15pm and tell us that “the dining room was closed and she was going to need for us to leave now.” I have worked in restaurants for years and have never been allowed to ask paying customers to leave in the middle of their meal during the operating hours of a corporate company. The employees were still cooking and cleaning and on the clock until 10pm. My Dad went to the counter to inquire why we were being asked to leave when serving hours were posted until 10pm on the door? The employee behind the counter said flatly, “Yeah I’ve been asking them to fix that-the dining room closes at 9pm.” This was not posted anywhere and no one mentioned this when we purchased our food. We finished our meal, cleaned up our table and left, obviously upset by the experience. We arrived before 9pm and should have been permitted to finish our meal without the disrespectful interruption from Taniya (who still had plenty to clean up as we left-not sure why she was so concerned about our table.) We request for our meal to be refunded as it was ruined by the poor service that we received. We even took a picture of the hours posted on the door and saved the receipt (where we noticed that although we ordered dine-in, our cashier Taniya wrote carry out). What happened to “my pleasure” and smiling employees? Very disappointing after being a customer at this location for many years. I see several bad google reviews for this location, including rude behavior from management..so is bad service acceptable now? Chic fil a needs to take a look at this location, guest service is not up to the friendly standards advertised by the company. I wrote corporate as well.

The place so filthy trash over flowing. It just seems the management cannot get it right at this location. I wouldn’t be surprised if the heal department gives them a poor grade.
