  The worst Cava branch ever in Alpharetta! The cashier on May 14, 2026, was rude, and the serving sizes were so small. They could have done better. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other Cava branch — just this one in Alpharetta. I won’t be coming back to this branch anymore.

  Rude staff, super small portions compared to any other cava we’ve been to. If you’re thinking about it, just pass, and go next door.

  Jessica was seriously amazing. She was so friendly, patient, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from the start. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to come across customer service that stands out this much, but Jessica really made my day better with her kindness and positive attitude. She made sure everything was right with my order and never seemed rushed or annoyed. CAVA is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

  Me and my family love CAVA. We always get it when we don't have time to cook at home and I'll go and pick some up. It's honestly really good. We are all imperfect..but.. this happens almost once or twice out of the in 2 weeks we go and pick up through a mobile order the staff almost always forgets to add the pita chips sides we put in. Now Its understandable when your backed up at that moment but it wasn't and even if it was thats the whole point of ordering on mobile and its frustrating when it happens multiple times. I gave up on going back several times while driving or walking out to check my bag. This last order I didn't go back and get my 2 sides of pita (which an extra $ side). This not me wanting a refund or free chips, just consistency in checking the orders before sending them out please. Our family will still continue to eat here but I will have to check my order every time I go. Thank you!

  You would swear the employees raised the chicken as their pet and cooked it just for you the way they rationed food. Even rationing rice. I come to cava because of their good portion but this location is a let down. I ask for half greens half rice, employee proceeds to pour 90% greens and any a mouthful of rice. I asked if he could take some greens away and give me more rice. He charged me extra. They got it. I guess I’ll have to start recording employees pour food, since they hold it so dearly save farm raised their food themselves. Don’t go here.
