  I almost didn't place an order because of reviews. But I'm so glad I did! I placed a to go order on a Friday evening. Food was hot and fresh. Tasted amazing!! The only down fall was as soon as we pulled up, there was an employee and a manager in the parking lot arguing about the girl going on break. The manager told her "don't talk to me about work yet, I'm not on the clock" then proceeded to tell her that she couldn't go on break! The girl was super sweet, she was the same one getting my food together and manning the to go area. Other than the manager speaking to an employee the way he did, it was a decent experience.

  What a bunch of jerks—we ordered wings while they were still open for business, but when we went to pick them up, they told us they didn't have them and that they wouldn't be ready until first thing tomorrow morning. Nowhere on the website does it say we’d have to wait until tomorrow; they just gave us excuses to avoid making them. To top it off, they kept our money and said they wouldn't refund it until the manager arrives tomorrow. This location is terrible; I’ve been to other Buffalo Wild Wings spots where they actually fulfill your order as long as they’re open.

  Stay clear of this place, It used to be the place to go to watch sports but now you can’t even get seated when you walk in. Walked in on a Saturday at 7:00pm. Waited for the host for ten minutes never showed so we decided to leave. While standing there, we noticed people were having to waive their hand to be able to get their check. More than enough seats, more than enough employees standing around not doing anything. I used to recommend this place but now I’ll never go there again.

  Very disappointing experience. We walked into Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday evening around 7:00 PM and stood at the front waiting to be seated. After 10 minutes, not a single employee acknowledged us, greeted us, or even let us know there would be a wait. The restaurant wasn’t busy enough to justify being completely ignored. Customer service starts the moment guests walk through the door, and unfortunately that didn’t happen here. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere.

  We arrived to an empty restaurant and no host. Waited 15 minutes before a host came and told us to wait 3 minutes to be seated but waited at least 10 additional minutes. Someone even walked by and told us we were better off leaving, we should’ve listened then. We waited another 15 minutes for the waitress to get to us and then we realized we had been at the restaurant for at least 45 minutes with no service. We kept seeing the manager sit down and talk with customers for 5+ minutes at a time instead of fixing the situation with the service. Looked around and nobody had their food and the restaurant was practically empty but she kept telling everyone the kitchen was backed up. Decided to leave our table instead of waiting another hour for our food.
