Waited 45+ minutes for cold, incorrect food. Waitress did not come back to refill our drinks one time. I asked for a refill and sauce and got neither and the simple nachos we ordered as appetizers came after we were done eating. 10/10 I do not recommend.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. While we were eating, we noticed cockroaches in the dining area, which completely ruined our meal and made us feel uncomfortable and disgusted. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority for any restaurant, especially one serving families and children and overall this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves sanitation immediately.

Food is cold. Chicken wings straight from the freezer, service are nice but they can’t even fry chicken right , choose to sit outside at first and everywhere smells like weed. Used to be a good restaurant and now everything goes downhill

Overall great experience. Not saying other reviews are necessarily invalid. But when I came my service was top notch. Our server was very kind and attentive. Refilled our drinks adequately and didn’t rush us or anything even tho we did hang for a bit after finishing our meal.
Overall, it was solid food. Hot and fresh. Had a cheeseburger and fries and it definitely hit the spot, although the fries aren’t my favorite. Definitely gonna stick with the tots next time.
Atmosphere was good. Place was nice and clean with plenty of televisions. Big TV was pretty sick to watch the Braves game on even though they were not doing the best. Brownie points: the audio wasn’t overbearing at this location. Been to a couple BWWs where the music/tv volume is way over the top.

If you’re planning to watch a game, avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings entirely. For a place that markets itself as a sports bar, they put in almost no effort into actually showing the games customers ask for. I’ve been here multiple times, and getting a single TV switched, even when the place is nearly empty, is unnecessarily difficult every time.
My most recent experience was especially bad. I called hours ahead to confirm they would have a specific game on, and they assured me they did. When I arrived, I spent 40 minutes getting the runaround. First I was told the only TV that could show it was broken, then the excuse suddenly changed to their TV service lagging. Meanwhile, the game had already started, and 25 minutes in they finally admitted they were not going to put it on at all.
To make things worse, the manager never came over to address the situation or apologize. Instead, they sent our server to deal with a table full of understandably frustrated customers. After all of that, they still charged me for a drink while providing none of the experience I came for.
The food is fine, but the customer service is consistently terrible. If you actually want to watch sports, this is not the place.
