  Arby's belongs to the parent company Inspire Brands. If you live in at Atlanta you might be thinking 🤔 "hmmm, haven't I seen/heard that before??" You'd be right. You can see their HQ offices, with the folk & spoon in the name, while traveling on 400 (probably while stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic 😖😤, BUT I digress) so, if you're like me, you would imagine there should be a higher standard for Arby's & all other brands i.e. Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Sonic & Jimmy John's that are in their backyard. So approached this experience through that lens. EVEN, with that in mind, I have to sayvI was NOT disappointed. I ordered a marker fresh sandwich and it WAS FRESH. I've always loved these from Arby's. They tend to be a bit pricey so I do not order them as often, however with the rewards they offer, a BOGO in my case today, it's HARD to pass up. The service was GREAT. I ordered online & I had to go inside to pick it up. I was VERY IMPRESSED because a young man who was cleaning in the dining room QUICKLY darted behind the register as I entered. I advised I ordered online and showed my order on my cell. The manager was within earshot, she asked if I had just come to the window, which I had, but later realized I had to pick up my order inside. She assured me it would be ready momentarily. Indeed it was. In the meantime the person preparing my sandwiches came around front and gave me packets of condiments because I did not want the sauce that comes on the sandwich. They also gave me knives & napkins remarking "you'll need those to spread your mustard & cut it with" I thought that was thoughtful of them. In all I might have been inside for 5 minutes at the most. Exactly what I would expect from an Arby's. This particular has come quite a long way. It has been in the area a while and it's service, cleanliness and dining experience has continuously gotten better, even with all the changes to the area. That's commendable! Looking forward to the next time I visit!

  Went thru drive and food was cold. Very disappointed roast beef and fries been sitting for awhile and they served it.

  Nice clean consistent friendly Arby’s experience. I have been to this restaurant location several times.
