  Came in for lunch ordered an appetizer at the bar, sat for an hour never received my food. Paid for my drink and left, sorry service and sorry excuses for what was taking so long for just an app.

  Both the Ribeye and Sirloin we ordered were both tough and whoever cooked them was way too heavy handed on the seasoning. It tasted like straight salt. My baked potato was white when I opened the togo box from there being so much salt piled on it. We received sour cream and butter in one singular 2oz ramekin so there was barely any and the potatoes were dry. I had an alice springs chicken that was so dry and tough it was like it had been sitting under a heater for an hour. I was missing my broccoli with my meal. The only good thing about this meal was my husbands side salad. Very disappointed in management letting any of this food to be sent out of their kitchen. Absolutely vile.

  The food was good it took a long time and there was five of us and they brought out one loaf of bread only after we had asked a couple of times.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize and sincerely commend Mrs. Jay Shanta Foster, the manager at Outback Steakhouse, for her outstanding service and leadership. On yesterday, my family and I gathered to celebrate a very special occasion—my cousin, Carlette Wise-Parker, graduating from Albany Technical College with her Associate Degree in Nursing. This was a joyous milestone, and we were excited to celebrate together as a party of 13. Initially, our experience started off on a challenging note. The first two waiters assigned to our table struggled to effectively manage our group. Drink orders were only partially taken, and there was a significant delay in receiving beverages. Additionally, our appetizer orders were not taken in a timely manner, which created frustration for our party. However, everything changed when I requested to speak with the manager. Mrs. Jay stepped in, and from that moment forward, she truly saved the day. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor immediately shifted the atmosphere. She handled our large group with grace, efficiency, and a true spirit of excellence. What made her service even more remarkable was the fact that she was simultaneously managing the front of the restaurant during a very busy graduation day. Despite the high volume and demands, she ensured that our family felt valued, cared for, and properly served. That level of dedication does not go unnoticed. Mrs. Jay Shanta Foster exemplifies what true customer service and leadership should look like. Her ability to step in, take control, and turn our experience around speaks volumes about her character and commitment to excellence. Thank you, Mrs. Jay, for going above and beyond.
